Well said. He does not value players well. He is just not good. He was under Sabean far too long. I want Dan Evans back.

    "I'm a hip hop guy"

    ....

"I also admit, I like Kesha and some Avril Lavigne"

hahahaha it's only okay for Kershaw to say that shit

Ain't it the truth....the Dodger curse. Who knows why.
Just based on the way these sort of things have worked out in recent history for us, it's another major reason why after Frankie goes, so should Ned. A total and complete purge.
    Start anew.

I love his attitude when he talked about his incredible year. "I don't care. We didn't win anything. It's all about winning." Get this team sold already so we can have the team we deserve.

The only thing unfortunate thing about watching Kershaw highlights is the sea of empty seats in the background.

Dude is the greatest. I was there for most his starts and look forward to many more!

such bull shit. he was pitching a gem too. that early toss out cost him the MLB K lead by 1 to Verlander. ugh

My lone opportunity to see Kershaw live was in a Giants series in SF against Lincecum, the one where Rivera had the game tying hit after Kemp reached base on the squibber and stole second. Was so fun.

those Lincecum/Kershaw games were awesome. the Navarro out of nowhere homer to give us an eventual victory

up in SF late in the season losing I think in the 8th and actually coming back to win after Kershaw pitched his butt off

oh reminds me. I forgot how AWFUL we were at coming from behind. really hope our luck turns this year. cant wait for this season. i have the itch really badly right now!

Has anyone handicapped the likelyhood of Ned keeping his job?

How could a new owner suffer with this lineup and keep the maker of it at the same time? Pay 1.5 billion for this? If it wAsn't for the media rights and the land how many would be jumping to pay a lot of money to inherit this for a couple of years?

Reality check about being screwed by Ned for the next two years.

This was as of December 20 so it has probably gotten worse with some recent signings if for multiple years. Again this is withoug a rightfielder or first baseman and we are already at 81.4 million for active payroll and not deferred payments in 2013. Yes we can add Kershaw into the mix since he signed after this was published and that takes us over what 90 million already for 2013 without a firstbaseman or right fielder.

Total payroll as of now for 2013 is over 106 million. This includes deferred payments for Manny, Jones and Kuroda. It is not just the active payroll but still money the new owner has to pay out and they still will not have a settled rightfielder or firstbaseman. So what are the odds the new owners look at Ned and say atta boy Ned?

We're gonna pay Juan Uribe $8 million this year and he gave us a whopping 0.15 wins above replacement last year. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Gotta admire the machine Ned has assembled for 2012. I'm thinking we win the West by 8-10 games with 100-108 wins. We match up well in the division and should sweep the Sisters of Mercy and the Catholic Choir Boys in the NL playoffs and then off to the WS.

    Cry. Definitely.

Amazing...I just got done posting this about Gordon on the evil website. Someone should be weight training this kid, weight gain supervision-the whole thing all in to increase his size and stamina. I can see him being taken out on a DP by some bruiser, and there you go---big time DL. Or a catcher collisiion at home...anything that can happen to a ML SS; look at Fookie. he was a fire hydrant in body esentially, and we seldom saw the guy out there.

But, even regardless of his smallness - Gordo could just simply have one of those sophomore seasons and hit .176. After several weeks of that, they will be telling us he needs more seasoning in the minors. Ned will be delighted, of course, because he can get Renteria in there on a three year contract. (And he will hit .176). And then we all be surprised to see Gordon late in the season, in a Pirates uniform. That's how it works.
