These are not our friends. They are the fishermen for the enemy.

I'm largely indifferent to the antics of ESPN. So I don't have much of an opinion on your complaints...

But I really enjoyed reading your letter. It was masterfully written.

very well thought out [and written] letter
unfortunately the content will go way over their simpleton heads
plus they're so self-righteous that they'll probably scoff at your letter and/or view it with contempt and indignance
you can't fix stupid, and stupidity combined with arrogance is even worse

Only one comment...you could have included Paul Rubens along the " I know you are, but what am I" quote.

I found the two most recent apes movies were a little flat and rigid. It didn't have the same soul or fun as the original movies.

Seems like most times when old movies are remade, they make them look pretty, but they lose the spark that made them fun.

You speak for many, including myself. Not too long ago, ESPN was the sports authority to me and I seeked their affermation after big victories. Now, it's a complete joke and I NEVER watch it. Not even a thought.

Not just because their whacked politics or bias, but because all they talk about is the NFL and NBA, which, to me is the gayest sports league in the world. It's like WWE to me. Ben Shapiro wrote a great article about all this.

    Long commute lineup:

    Dennis Prager
    Adam Carolla
    Larry Elder
    Ben Shapiro

Sometimes I will listen to the Ruben Report to pretend I'm diversifying my political intake.

That's a great show. Creepy, though. And long winded.

We don't get out to the theater much, but I hear Godfather II was pretty good.

I thought the original was a little
flat...so expecting the same tone/feel for this one.

I'm a huge Phillip K Dick fan, and I never thought that blade runner captured the tone of his work. Although it did a good job with the what is real and what isn't theme.

I knew it was gonna be trouble as soon as I wrote it.

Might as well just own it, I guess.

This begs the question... who in their right mind, would select "Dick" as their name in place of Richard, Rich, Rick or even Ricky?

To quote BLF "what in the actual fuck"...

Richard Nibbler and Rick Eeder agree with this.
