Lakers starters against Warriors: LeBron James Avery Bradley Danny Green Anthony Davis JaVale McGee Vogel says he will shuffle that lineup throughout the preseason and potentially into the season.

Too happy about Rondo not starting to fret about that bum Javale starting over Dwight

D'Angelo Russell on watching the LeBron/AD Lakers: "It's different. It's different seeing all those big guys on the floor at the same time. LeBron playing point alongside those dudes. It's cool. It looks like a fantasy team or something."

Can see that. You have 4 or 5 time all star Rondo running around whipping 1 handed passes..8 or 9 time all star Dwight banging and boarding..LeBron still in all his glory, and now AD going wild. Draymond looked like the captain of the junior varsity out there

Dwight looked like a bigger bum that JaVale.
Only watched the first half, but Dwight is a gay shadow of what he used to be.

Javale is just dumb as rocks and prone to making mistake after mistake in flurries, so I'm out on him, but at least he's only starting. If Javale is closing out games, something has gone terribly wrong. Start the game, play no more than 12-15 minutes, feels like a big enough stunt.

Expecting an adjustment period for Dwight..looks like the ball is going to move faster than he's ever seen as far as his own team goes. I only watched the 1st half myself..even the power of Caruso couldn't keep me locked in

They both stink. Dwight was struggling against a GSW scrub.

D'angelo and Draymond combined for 4 points. Difference is, they actually have to play and a lot. We have AD that can play the 5, so neither Dwight nor Javale need play a bunch

D'angelo is going to get exposed by the west again..is probably going to want back in the east after this year. And he might just get his wish by the trade deadline

Draymond probably about to get exposed as well

Without a KD and Klay to put the clamps down on the other team’s scorers, GS is going to realize that (a) they really do need KD and (b) Draymond won’t be able to get away with his antics on the court and play solid defense. KD and Lebron will eat him alive, and no one will be able to guard Kuz at the same time.

How Russell is going to run pick and roll plays on a team with a coach that despises pick and roll, I have no idea.

It’s preseason, but the Lakers looked good yesterday.

Looks like the Lakers should be a pretty good defensive team. Finally some good perimeter defenders and good rim protectors.

Yeah, I wanna see that same energy from Draymond now that they can't afford to lose any more of their experienced crew. The jig is up on that BS. I fully expect a fat Draymond by the all star break. They're gonna tap out this season, IMO. And Kerr is weak.

I get the feeling Kuz is gonna look like super-Siakim this season. The way the ball is moving, and he's so adept at moving without the ball. I don't know if he's going to have anymore games where he has 40 through 3 quarters, but he's gonna have some big games. They're gonna get out and run some and Kuz fills the lane OK as well. Just hope his foot is all good, or ankle..whatever it is

I just want rebounds and rim blocking from him. The days where he wanted to be the focus of the offense is long gone. As long as he accepts this and plays his role, fine.

The second he starts to chirp about touches....put his ass on the bench for good.

Think he'll eventually be the starter over Javale and play more night to night. Dwight's not the brightest guy, but he's not Javale dumb either. Javale is probably gonna hit Vogel/Hollins/Kidd with a flurry of dumb shit over a handful of games and they just won't be able to resist benching his ass. Plus, Javale deals with asthma.

I believe Dwight can go 20 minutes a night without fucking up nearly as much, but he'll have to adjust to the speed in which LeBron, Rondo, and some of these other vets think the game. He's probably going to piss LeBron, Rondo and Kidd off the most initially because of how they see the game. About a month long adjustment period and Dwight should be good..if he doesn't allow his feelings to get hurt, that is.
