I only sent $20 because I'm up against the luxury tax threshold and donations to rkacist sites like DSP are non deductible. Don't ask me how I know...

I always thought you owned your business.
But being there so long you probably already do. In your own way. ;)

BTW guys I'm getting ready to launch some new material thanks to all you previous support.
You guys have sent us money in the past and I used it for my personal dream generating slush fund.
Put a little in and let it percolate.
Even if it's just a dollar or two hundred.
It's the thought that pays my bill.
    Keeps the faith.

So thank you for all your wonderful support.
I have a new site that I would love you to visit.
It's not like the old one but it's not something new.
    It's commandry.
    And it's coming soon.

When I started DSP I had two partners.
One with business sense and one with tech.
Every partner I have goes on to great things.
One becomes a leading man and the other a boy wonder.
    Regardless of age.

But after those two are in i grab two more.
And by the time the first two level up I have me a stable two choose the next two.
BTW who here likes horse racing?
    Or seeing knights on parade?

I have my first two already.
And I've been talking with my old #1s.
Not just from DSP but from many other worlds.
I have a young qi gong genie on the one side and old ben the cenobite on the other.
And I'm rounding out the stable getting ready for 1984.
If you are tired of being a slave to your life join us at the paradise arcade under the waves in the sea above the sky.
We could use some more horsepower.
That look like kentaurs to the flatfoot landlubber tripping off his balls.

I studied real estate and finance in case I needed a side hustle someday while trying to double major in nursing and computer science while still a teenager chasing girls and drinks above my class in every way.
And taking every humanities related class I could get because that was my natural calling.
It's all served me well at different points.
I worked for a top c21 broker as a kid creating novel ways to market themselves and keep all the agents super busy making sales.
People tell me my methods are old fashioned. I tell them the curve is coming right around the bend.
And im trying to prepare those around me so they can thrive and ride the waves.
I consult and i change what they do.
Teach them all the solutions to the problems they assumed were part of the cost of doing business in each and every department.
I go in like a sqeaky mouse but I judge like a fire breathing dragon whose missing his precious.
Telling the boss that he's nobodies boss and specially not mine.
Show him how it is to have his staff work for him and not just for his paycheck.
    I steal all his problems.
And maybe one of his women.
While they dance to the symphony of destruction.
I work with asians a lot and they get it.
They get it too well. It's partly why they coming for our lunch and why we have to be ready.
They can't pronounce my legal name just right.
    Mandarins might call me Caos.
But to my Cantons from the canton I'm known as Carro.
Either way I can get you where you wanna go.
And destroy your past in a cloud of smoke

So I had one conversation with a real estate company and I felt like I was doing the agents job for him. I had way more knowledge about the property and its price history.
I hate it when I go into a store that I know has a good reputation and that even I think highly of but I find it hard to get them to take my money.
They get in their own way because they are too close to the mirror. They can't see what they are doing wrong. All they see is an image of what their business is.
And there can be false positives that way.
A good facade can make even the best buyers get tripped up.
That's why I like to look at it from the backdoor.

    Yet I dislike analytics.
    Because it's my job.
And I do it for free.
    If you need me.
    I'm here.
Staring agents in the eye while they look away and give me the deal I want because kids these days can't hold eye contact even when they managing a brokerage. You notice that?
It's like there has been a drop in confidence across the board with people.
Or maybe that's just the mountain high in me.
And I'm just riding on a good wave.
I do love to body surf.
And I'll go where the surf takes me.

    We're rich bitch!
Now let's get a Fiverr or some other code for cash guy to make DSP great again.
By which I mean to make this competitive with the other sites online.
Or are we the wrong headed ones who should stay in our lane?
I always was the stumbling block whenever somebody wanted to take DSP into the competitive field.
I don't like to mix business with pleasure.
    Money with friends.
For most of my life this type of thing feels disgusting to me. Maybe I'm only bi-capitalist and have a lefty heart.
As much as I like to keep my heart at the center... It's to the left of my breastplate.
So whenever someone wanted to turn DSP into a business I would somehow or another start throwing balls and strikes at the same time until it became a balk and an error.
Back with Jad we had the feeling that one day just keeping DSP afloat would be costlier and more of an issue than actually having it turn a profit and risk alienating that spirit of sport that I enjoy.
    It's gracefulness.
That only comes with liberty to be yourself... Whatever that is at the time.
And that freedom comes from knowing that there is no money changing hands.
    Publicly.

So now DSP has gone public.
You all are now the boss.
    And that carries some responsibility.
Accountability in one way or another.
Only the shareholders know what they want.
And these shareholders are required to urge leadership to represent them while leading them simultaneously.
Because the shareholders are also leadership.
And are masters of this domain.
So what do you want for your house?
If you know what you want then just do it.
If you don't know what you want...
    When?
