Maybe Biden was getting tired of the Germans and other euros protesting in the streets to lift Russian sanctions so they can get cheap heat and he was watching a Bronx Tail and had a brilliant cornpop era idea.

As a kid it was my favorite gangster movie.

It's much like lone wolf and cub in that there's an old warrior mentoring a kid about right and wrong within a violent reality where what your momma and the church is evil is what you gotta do to keep them protected and the church respected.

When in the hood or the wilds when you in crisis choose the sword/fear/father/life or choose the ball/love/mother/death.
Those your only two choices.
Take sword and leave like a man.
Don't be with the women looking back or you will turn to stone and die.

The other class chase the ball.

When the builders are done and not needed the defensive guys trap the builders.

Manpower can do anything.
But then every generation gets a new form of horsepower and manpower becomes obsolete so new tall tales have to be fabricated of giants and devils with long horns and red tails.
