    It seems no matter how much Snell sucks against the rest of the league, he's always lights out against the Dodgers. Hopefully they figure him out tonight.

    Freddie with the big hit was sweet! I hate to be a complainer though, but we had Snell on the hook and let him off easy. First and third with no outs... have to cash in at least one of those runs. JD looking at 4 pitches with the bat never leaving his shoulder was pathetic. And then of course Taylor with the GIDP - would've preferred a classic CTstrike3 in that scenario.

    So the Dodgers are on a 100 win pace in our down year huh? Imagine how many rings we'd have if only the regular season mattered.

    The bullpen that was a liability early is slowly becoming a strength. Phillips got 5 outs on 13 pitches last night.

    Liked that May got a chance to finish the 7th. Let these kids grow a pair instead of pulling them at the first sign of trouble. He got squeezed for strike 3 before walking Carpenter. Would have been out of the inning.

    I have mental health issues, maybe. That was a strike, and as usual with a douchebag call like that, went on further to ruin what was until then, a superbly pitched game. So, I would have physically attacked the umpire, and felt good about it.
    I guess it's my maturity. Comes with old age.
    Imo, May clearly had lost it. I think "teaching him to have balls" is all well and good, but a W in that instance is the priority.
    Especially with a recently very effective Caleb hot in the pen for the feared Kim.
    But, it all worked out.
    Felt bad for May not getting the W, of course...he deserved it.

    "Feared Kim?" I think that's one of the reasons May stayed in. They don't fear Kim.
