the more i think of, the more i actually like coco in LF

    just 2 things

    i like sands too
even if he's not ready, i dont think he's far enough out to spend an entire year in AAA

    and the price.

i only do this if it means we think crisp can play CF better than Kemp even though he is not as good as he used to be obviously
and it means Kemp is moving to RF
and LF will be for Ethier or he is going to be moved for a better hitting infielder

with that kind of speed i dont mind crisp pulling up the rear of the lineup who runs on 1 out because the guy behind him is probably going to make an out anyway and is guaranteed to be out of the way for the next inning if he does
and if he does manage to get a weak hit then you are no longer in his way blocking his advance to first

thats my baseball strategy for the day

Except that he's hit as many Hr's in the last two seasons as Pierre has hit in his life.

Shit, I'd rather have Soriano and have Chicago eat most of the salary. Outfield of Kemp, Ethier, and Soriano is dirty on paper.

    This is retarded.

I guess Ned thinks absolutely nothing about Sands.

No, you all think too much of Sands. He showed complete ineptitude at the plate aside from about one month, his approach is far from polished. You REALLY want to go into the season with him as the starting left fielder? This is smart by Colletti. And LOL @ Rivera being equal to Crisp and better than Gwynn.

No, 8 the past two seasons, hitting in Oakland of all places, which is pretty much the most you can ask from a guy with his kind of speed.

Mayweather-esq the way he dodged that punch. I hope he gets in a fight with Parra if we sign him.
