    Seems to me the only pitch Puig CAN HIT is a hanging slider. Puig is a freaking disaster. All of his hits are by accident.

    Puig has become the master of the cueball shot to the right side; the old Fast Eddie Felson masse shot. Shows you what kind of contact he is making now...and people still freak out over his bi-monthly HR, making him "fine".
    His splits suck, even when factoring in his DL time. Y'know...for a "superstar"offense guy.
    IDK...hiting a little better lately, if seeing eye type singles are the thing...but I guess that's what he's morphed in to.
    IDK what has happened to the slashing wicked line drive hitter he was not so very long ago.

    Puig screwing with his stance was gonna take a toll on him early, but he has been making lots of hard contact lately. If he heats up, this team will join for the ride. He energizes the crowd when he's on and the team has always fed on that.
