    Cubbies take down the Card's tonight 8 - 6

If the Dodger dogs get eaten I'll root for the Cub's just because of long shot status

When the Cubs win I'll be the new person in the group with the longest WS drought. Pathetic.

Today has potential to be very fun. I don't really mind any team winning or have much of a rooting interest, which is nice. Just excited for good baseball.

Both AL matchups bore me. I'm more of a Dodger fan than an actual baseball fan i guess lol. I enjoy great NL matchups and rooting against teams I hate, but the AL playoffs or regular season games featuring other teams hardly ever interest me.

    totally agree
a chance for us to sit back and watch 2 game 5's with no vested interest and relax

not a big al fan either
but the baseball fan in me is interested because they're now [essentially] 1 game playoffs

These teams are who we face if we get to the WS...I gotsta see who looks like what at this point in the season if for that reason alone.

Right now I'm rootin hard for the Rangers. Ain't nobody tryin to face that Jays' lineup.

Out of Houston and KC, I still don't know who I prefer. Houston has the starting pitching and KC has the bullpen. The offenses are similar in ways. Tough one, but I'd probably lean towards KC. I dunno.

You're right about the Rangers because no one wants to face the Blue Jays

We want Houston as they are far more beatable than KC. KC made it to the Series last year and has a fire in their belly that "WE" don't need to see.

    All Texas all the way...

we'll check back after we beat the Cubs
