Joking right? Hispanic surnames like Moreno are all over the Spanish speaking world...I know a Phillipino named Moreno.

They haven't played against good teams.

They lost 2 of 3 to the Mets.
They won 2 of 3 vs. the Cubs.
They won 4 of 7 vs. the Dodgers.

These are the only teams above .500 they have played (and I hesitate to call the Dodgers above .500) and they are 7 of 13 in those games. All the other teams they played suck pond water. At least we've played one more winning team than they have in St Louey.

Can't wait until Arrieta starts the ASG over Kersh. Continuing the idiocy of the event and people associated in MLB.

Arrieta, Noah, Fernandez, and all these freaks of nature are all going to end up as nothing more than flavor of the weeks in the long run.

A collision between Mike Moustakas and Alex Gordon managed to leave Moustakas with a torn ACL (out for season) and Alex Gordon with a fractured wrist (out 4-6 weeks)

I'm glad he did. I just don't know if a national audience would find his mistakes and faux pas acceptable like we do. Invariably, he would probably make a few.
Not everybody listening would have the same level of endearment toward him as we do...and there's a lot of classless, impolite, disrespectful assholes out there.
    And it matters.

James Loney can opt out of his Rays contract if he gets a job with someone else. They pay his salary and a new team pays the league minimum...I think that is how it works. Not sure.
Guess he's done, but maybe a valid player on a team who needs to spell a 1b who needs it once in a while?

I think Vin being a part of the ASG would be great for all parties, but like TB and others have said, gotta respect the man's decision. Same man who has constantly refused a statue and was hesitant about changing the address of Dodger Stadium. Even though it annoys me how overly-humble he is at times, I know he's doing it with the right intentions.
