Eva wasn't a great beauty, but she was voluptuous and toned, it is written.

Not sure I want Braun back in L.A. Hated the movie 'The Mummy' and the sequels. Don't want him back in Hollywood and making more.

Puig says AAA not very appealing or fun
Sporting News — 5 hours ago

While the Dodgers are charging toward the postseason in first place in the NL West, former Los Angeles sensation Yasiel Puig in trudging along in Triple-A after his demotion earlier this month. And to nobody’s surprise, he doesn’t like it.

"Watching the Dodgers being in first place, it's very difficult," Puig said (via ESPN.com). "The moment I arrived in L.A., people were crazy for me — 50-60 thousand people [cheering] at the stadium. I got used to that amount of fans. Getting to Triple-A and not seeing as many fans is not very appealing or fun to play baseball, but this is what I have to do for my future."

Puig struggled in 81 games with the MLB club, hitting just .260/.320/.386 with seven home runs and 34 RBIs. In 18 games at Triple-A Oklahoma City, he’s found more success with a .369 batting average, four home runs and 12 RBIs.

However, the most important thing Puig has found in the minors isn’t on the stat sheets.

"[Playing in the minors] is something that has taught me humility, and I am very grateful," he said. "I do not know what the future will hold in the next few hours. I don't know where I will go. I don't know my fate. God only knows my destiny, and I am here to fulfill it. He gave me many opportunities, the way [the Dodgers] did, and I put myself in this situation."

Puig reportedly was placed on revocable waivers earlier this week, sparking speculation that the Dodgers will trade him before season’s end.

Ship him to the Brewers for Braun already.
And if you can somehow manage to get Villas that would be awesome too.
Unfortunately i doubt Villar would get through waivers.
We should still target him in the offseason as our 2B and backup SS.
Mashes lefties and is a stud runner who can be the leadoff man we sorely need.
They can have Puig, Calhoun, Verdugo and DeJong for Villar and Braun.

and as I understand the Dodgers have zero obligation to say who the team is.

nice to read Puig sounding a little humble in the earlier post above... alas too little too late I fear... which I still believe is NOT in the Dodgers long term best interests

Wait, we're gonna know by tomorrow who claimed Puig and whether there is a deal right? Tomorrow is the last day to make playoff rosters.

Puig won't be traded to unknown team that claimed him
    ESPN.com news services — 23 minutes ago

The unknown team that claimed Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig on revocable waivers had more interest in blocking him from going to another team than sincere interest in trading for him, a league source told ESPN's Jim Bowden.

Puig, 25, was demoted to the minors earlier this month a day after the Dodgers couldn't move him before the non-waiver trade deadline.

He told ESPN's Marly Rivera on Monday that he would have preferred a trade to another team instead of being demoted to the minors, but he also acknowledged he has learned some humility since joining the Dodgers' Triple-A team in Oklahoma City.

"The moment I arrived in L.A., people were crazy for me -- 50-60 thousand people [cheering] at the stadium," Puig said in the interview with Rivera. "I got used to that amount of fans. Getting to Triple-A and not seeing as many fans is not very appealing or fun to play baseball, but this is what I have to do for my future."

Dodgers GM Andrew Friedman said Tuesday that he had seen a similar change in Puig's focus and attitude since he was sent to the minors, and that the team was still deciding whether to keep Puig in Oklahoma City for the entirety of the Triple-A playoffs.

Puig was an All-Star in 2014 after a meteoric rise with the Dodgers, who signed the Cuban prospect to a $42 million, seven-year contract in June 2012. He hit 35 homers and drove in 111 runs while batting .305 in 2013-14, but slipped to .255 last season while playing in just 79 games because of hamstring troubles.

Puig has been physically limited and largely inconsistent even when healthy this season, batting .260 with seven homers in 81 games. His on-base-plus-slugging percentage is down to a career-worst .706.

Could be worse. The Iron Sheik would have fucked him in the ass to humble him. AAA is Disneyland in comparison.
