Only saw the end, but he was asked about Roberts' decision to pull him and Hill said he respected the move, although he obviously disagreed with it.

Comes across as a team first guy all the way.

Very gratifying to watch a real baseball game in a real ballpark, not some slow pitch softball shit.

Of course it helps that the good guys won.

Every pitcher will be available tomorrow and should be interesting to see how that is handled. If Darvish bounces back and throws anything like he did in the NLCS and NLDS, he SHOULD get us through 6 and if we have a lead in that situation. we will be hard to beat. Gonna be hard to get a good nights sleep tonight.

With that said. I would not be shocked if Jansen and Morrow are used early against the Astros righties and Kershaw is the closer tomorrow.

    sorry guys
had to bail after the 6th inning
but i watched it while i was handling some shit
    didn't think we'd win today
not sure what to expect tomorrow, but i'll tell you what...
for the first time in 29 years we are one win away from a world championship
    let that sink in
game 7, one game, anything can happen
if you would have told anyone on here in april, game 7 for all the marbles -- we all would have jumped at it
and i'm sure the players feel the same way
one game... go out and play like a champion, and we'll see what happens
this is what we live for

according to mlb network, lasorda gave roberts a hug and then said (and i quote)...
"you haven't done shit until you win tomorrow."

90 years old and he still has that competitive fire, which is why he got 2 of them!

    I FUCKING LOVE that guy!

Trying to sort through the Game 7s that I could recall.

First was '65. Lou Johnson with a solo shot and the great Koufax with a complete game shutout on two days rest. Later found out he had no feel for his curve and threw almost all fastballs in beating the Twins.

Too many with the Lakers to remember, 2010 against the hated Celtics being the latest. Won't ever forget the late 3 by MWP.

Two with the Kings in '14, against the Sharks and the Ducks after overcoming 3-0 and 3-1 deficits in those series.

Hoping tomorrow is just as unforgettable.

I wonder is those baseballs are still slick. Both teams have said it affects slider ball pitchers the most.

Saw both Verlander and Jansen both throw out two fresh balls in a row. Don't think I've ever seen that. Both looked disgusted doing it, too.

Holy shit fellas!! Found a way to beat verlander. This team was not gonna be denied tonight. I couldn’t watch because I took my kids trick or treating so I had to listen on my phone. It was somewhat easier dealing with that game that way in all honesty. Tomorrow I’m sure will be a much different story.

No matter what I can honestly say I’m proud of the way this team has battled all year. I know we all talk shit and are overly critical a lot of the time but it’s because we just want to see this team win it all and are one win away. Probably won’t be on here much tomorrow but I’ll be here in spirit.

Let’s go win this fucking thing!

verlander being a bitch about taylor's double...
"i beat him to the spot and he hit a blooper."

hinch was more reasonable, calling it an "elevated fastball"
