LeBron reminding everyone what he's still capable of when he's fully engaged.

I'm okay with him pacing himself throughout the season if he plays like he did in the playoffs with Cleveland.

I hope LeBron is about to get hot from 3
I believe LAL has made 12+ 3pters in the last 4 games or close to it..Rondo is actually shooting 43% from the 3pt line this season

Per Haynes, Green later blurted to Durant something along the lines of, “We don’t need you. We won without you. Leave.”
Lol Draymond's greatest assist yet, ushering Durant to LAL
Last night the Warriors were blown out by what's been a shitty Rockets team this season

So running the numbers this AM, it looks as if LAL could go ahead and make an offer for AD at this year's trade deadline while still actually having enough cap space to sign Durant in the summer. Same deal applies..Zo and Ingram must be part of the trade, their 2019 salaries pivotal in clearing enough space for Durant in the summer. And it'd at least make some sense to try and make the AD trade during this season in order to use Nance's trade exception and not let it expire post-trade deadline. Would also make sense for LeBron and AD to go ahead and get a playoff run under their belt together and gain that experience. And with Zo, Ingram and a couple others out, minutes will open up for Rondo and the other vets to step in for the short term/immediate run.

    Zo + Ingram + Wagner + Svi + Bonga + 2019 1st round pick + Nance's trade exception in exchange for AD + Tony Allen's trade exception

    LAL's payroll entering FA/summer 2019 = 69.4MM
NBA's projected salary cap next season = 109MM
    LAL's payroll + Durant's starting salary of 38.2MM = 107.6MM

Roster at that point = LeBron, Durant, Davis, Kuzma, and Hart
Still under the cap, room exception available, they could probably re-sign KCP or Redick with it, let's say KCP since he's already in uni and repped by Paul.
    Re-sign Ty Chandler, vet minimum

Basically one or two players away from a rotation, probably an athletic wing defender type and a point guard, and maybe re-sign guys just outside of the reg rotation like Lance and Beasley that are pretty much break glass in case of emergency types. Having unloaded a 1st round pick or two to get AD, while at the same time using all of their cap space, there's not a lot of avenues to fill out the rest of the team. Have to hope a vet or two would line up to sign on for the vet minimum and a shot at playing for a title fave, probably the title favorite.

The same Draymond that was crying for KD in the parking lot after the choke for the ages vs Cleveland in 2016 lol

The same Draymond that got socked by Tristan Thompson at a party over the summer. Lol

But yeah, I don't see them being able to put this fire all the way out. Maybe back in the 90's or 80's, but with social media being what is now and player sensitivity at an all time high with all of these things leaking and people chiming in and piling on, nah. Especially these two individuals. It's only a matter of time before some rapper puts this drama in a song and from there it's 4 life. Lol You can take it to the bank that this Durant/Draymond drama will be in the new season of Game of Zones, and the Warriors actually do watch it and keep up with it.

I do hate that they'll probably use it as an excuse if they lose this season, when they've had a ton of luck the last 3-4 years. This is a long time coming. There's part of me that wishes the Warriors would trade Draymond, try and fail to get Durant to come back ( he lands with the Knicks), and Klay says " fuck all you guys " and joins LeBron/AD/Lakers

I always thought KD's biggest reason for leaving would be legacy purposes. He's got his rings with GS but now he wants to prove he can win rings without them since so many people dog him for joining them. He definitely seems a little sensitive for someone of his status and I believe it does bother him deep down that people still make fun of him for joining a 73-9 team that beat his team. The back and forth bantering he does with teenage white dudes on social media is kind of embarrassing lol. Leaving always made sense to me and now Draymond is making the decision even easier. Not all rings are the same...LeBron's 1 in Cleveland holds more weight than both titles in Miami just like Dirk's 1 title in Dallas is viewed way higher than both of KD's with GS.

Let's see how Kerr pilots a Kobe/Shaq situation, but between 2 two guys that aren't really peers from a talent perspective..in even more of a public forum than Phil had to deal with since there was no social media back then. And Phil always had ultimate respect..meanwhile Draymond usually has multiple dust ups with Kerr every season. " Our team is hurt right now spiritually "..Kerr already sounds like Phil

Hopefully it doesn't blow up too fast, I want to see it all in the new Game of Zones season

Leaving GSW at this point makes almost as much sense as leaving OKC back then. I didn't blame him for leaving Westbrook and that shitty city/ownership group that cheaped out on Harden, and I won't blame him for leaving GSW either, not after all this.

Although, maybe one boss move would be for Durant to hold tight with GSW and use his leverage to get Draymond traded Lol..the ole Kobe left hook to Shaq's jaw. Kobe pulled rank and Shaq caught a fade, had to go

..last 10 games, Lakers are ranked 3rd in the league in 3pt%
Also, LAL reportedly has interest in trading for Kyle Korver..or potentially a vet minimum option next season if he's bought out

Heard that too, one of Bron's favorite teammates as well. Guessing Beasley is gone if this happens.

One thing to note, though, Korver's under contract for next season so that'd impact the future cap picture

    Beasley is so trash.
Moe Wagner comes in for his NBA debut, is open right away and Beasley throws a shitty, lazy behind the back pass that Moe has to run and chase down
    Get Beasley outta my face
