Would they move Seager to 3b, Lux to SS, Muncy to 2b, and Turner to 1b?

I don't think so. Too much too soon.
2B is Muncy's third best position, Seager hasn't played 3B (could also sour the relationship with a Boras client), and Lux isn't a good enough defensive SS yet

That's why I think Turner needs to stick at 3B one more year.

BTW, this is a weirdly once sided deal if true.

One thing that Future Dodgers is suggesting that could be an interesting alternative is Gaterol to the Dodgers instead and the Dodgers send more to the Sox. I think in that situation, the Twins would need to send a lesser prospect to the Sox and the Dodgers then send some tweener to the Sox as well. Maybe someone like Edwin Rios or Michael Grove to the Red Sox from us and like a Jordan Balazovic or Lewis Thorpe from the Twins. The big problem in this is that it has come out that the Twins valued Gaterol as a reliever all along, which the Sox saw a potential mid-rotation starter. So the Twins could be saying "yeah, we knew what we were giving you, it's not our fault you overvalued him." If they dig their heals in the mud, it could force the Dodgers to take on more from their end.

A couple more add ons here. Ward had MONSTER year's in AAA these past 2 seasons and that could be what caught the Dodgers eye. He was a catastrophe at the big league level both at the plate and in the field. Still, he is being used at COF and CIF while also being a catcher as recently as 2017. The club could be trying to sneak him in as that 26th man that could catch in an emergency and if he figures things out, could be an upside bench bat. Still makes for a weak return for Joc, Ross and Pages.

I think there is someone coming out next year that the Dodgers are said to be very interested in, but I am not 100% on who that was.

I guess it all depends on MGT. If they think Turner has lost a step, they will move him to 1st.....it might even be wise so there is less wear and tear on him in hopes of keeping him in the lineup. Maybe the easiest it to swap Turner and Muncy and keep Seager at SS and Lux at 2b.

This is what I am worried about. They got absolutely crushed in the media and maybe they saw a hit in season ticket sales overnight so they're nervous now.

How would Boston backing out impact their reputation among GMs and owners?

It would destroy their relationship with the current Dodgers FO and would likely never work together again. Everyone else would be wary, but likely no other impact unless they did it again.

Can't even begin to blame Boston for wanting a clean bill of health for at least one of the players they're getting in return. Dodgers are already sending Verdugo and his history of back issues. I know I'd want Gratarol, or whatever his name is, to be good to go

Both fortunate and sad. Dodgers need better players.

Betts is a start. Lindor would be a finish.

Honestly, medicals should be updated before anything is announced so players and fans dont get bent.

Guys stop worrying. It’s going to work out. It’ll probably be someone else like Rios or Peters.

    Haven't really gotten that excited
Guess I've done too many loans but it's pointless to get pumped until the money hits the bank
I'm not panicking about it falling apart either
But my read is too many bahstan fans and people in positions of power are flaming pissed and the Sox are looking for a way out
Otherwise it should get done easily w another body

Nightengale says the Dodgers/Angels deal is approved, but on hold until the Betts deal medicals get resolved. He once again said it is Joc/Strip for 3 prospects. It has been rumored that Pages was in it.
