Biden's tax plan is to steal 62% of the income made by small businesses and to stop the middle class from accumulating the wealth that would create new rich people.
Rich people do not want new rich people.
Large megacorporations that are an essentially monopolies and plantations that run on various levels of slave labor do not want small businesses to thrive because small businesses is what these predatory corporations need to eat in order to survive because they can only survive by expanding and growing their territory like great white sharks or dire cave wolves.
The mega wealthy have the means to create the required legal fictions so they can get away without paying any real taxes.
These are the lords that keep the king in check because they back the checks he signs.
These lords are electing their next queen.
This is not communism its feudalism.

Or maybe the small businesses who try to get big and new money like Trump are the villains in your village that always try to bleed you dry?

I would be ok with Bidens tax plan if everybody that made less than 40k a year paid zero taxes.
With a grace period of 10k your first year you go over 40.
That gives most everyone a pretty good start on sorta equal footing.
This would be the working poor who either don't have the time or the inclination or education to do anything with money other than buy food and some comforts and live happy lives with their families. AKA regular normal people.

The middle class is the game... the race to the top and keeping up with mr jones.
You have to swim with the sharks if you want to eat in their pools.
But the good news is that you get a say in what kind of fish gets stocked in the water.
Bad news is that you get no loopholes/exceptions and must pay a flat tax until you become a millionaire.
At 50k you start paying 10%.
At 75k you pay 15%
At 100k you pay 20%
At 200k you 25%
At 500k to 999k you pay 50%
That is the race.

If you can do that you enter the 75% tax bracket.
The pillars of society that hold up the government.
For millionaires. So if you make over 1M per year you get to pay 75% of it in taxes.
But you do not have to because you are eligible to unlock the loophole/exception achievement.
Once you pay over 1M into your lifetime tax account AND you file a 1 year tax return where you make over 1M in that year you unlock the bonafide millionaire entitlement.
And you may have access to a variety of loopholes and exemptions allowable by law to build a massive wealth empire for the betterment of the glorious nation of USSA.

Social Credit system would provide honors to those who pay the most taxes.
Paying taxes becomes something honorable instead of a duty or levy to be undermined.
If we view the tax as the common kitty then the government is our whore to use as we please.

I mean if you gonna do communism it should pay for itself and not suck by being a circular economy.
Its better to be the USSA than Americanstan.
Because Americanstan is one sound quizzically removed from Americansatan.
