San Antonio wins by 40!!! Harden says goodnight by fouling out after 2-11 effort with 10 pts and 6 turnovers.. LOL San Anton rolls 32 assists to 14; Rockets TO 13 to 7; Rebounds 60 to 37 Rockets LOL Rockets shoot 28%, Spurs shoot 53% Still thinking that a couple years ago OKC had one hell of a triple combo and showed legendary stupidity to allow them to split. Russell out in the 1st, but still made playoffs Harden out in the 2nd, but still made the playoffs Durant plays mercenary card better, still playing
Harden was actually traded. I agree do however that the FO of the Thunder fucked it up. The key stat about Harden was that he only shot 11 times. Looked as if he quit.
that's the popular consensus He averages 19 per game but yep his heart didn't suit up. That's not a Kobe competitor type of evening and it will mark him
Harden literally looked as if he bet on that game and threw it. It was that bad. Not as if we haven't seen him choke before tho..he did it in the Finals against Miami, has done it in HOU before as well against GSW When you go out there and take 10-11 shots in a big game..that's some Harden shit
Game 7 vs. Phoenix in 2006. Had to look it up, but I recalled where Kobe took a total dump in a clutch situation. But it was only once that I remember.
If you looked it up, I´m sure you saw Kobe´s point total in the 1st half of that Game 7. I think Kobe had 22 or 24pts at half time during that game and LAL was still down like 15-20pts..and he was coming off a 50pt game in Game 6. I would call that fatigue before I said he took a dump, but the narrative was certainly ¨ what happened to Kobe?! ¨ after the game. Lol Nothin happened as far as I´m concerned..he was just fatigued from carrying Smush/Kwame/Luke/Cook and the rest of those god awful bums..declared in the press conference after the game that he needed some damn help. Kobe´s Game 7 in 2006, 22 or 24pts at the half..was nothin like Harden´s 10pts on 10 or 11 shots last night. Shit, Harden didn´t even take a shot in the 1st quarter
It really was, and it's gonna get more attention because he's the man in Houston. I mean there were plenty of people giving Harden shit because of his choke job in the 2012 Finals, but he was a 6th man, so it didn't register like this one. Said it before, but it truly looked as if Harden were betting on the game, or more specifically, betting on his team to lose. A lot of theories out there..some theories trying to tie the Lakers into the mix, as in " Harden trying to force his way to the Lakers to play @ home with his buddy George "..hell naaaah
He wasn't just the man in Houston. He was a legit MVP candidate. Dude led the league assists. I give him a ton of credit for that.
Hmmm, maybe trade all the young prospects and end up with a superteam of Chris Paul, James Harden, Paul George, and a bunch of role playing bigs starting with Tarik Black and Zubac.
The lakers have done pretty bad with superteams: Malone, Payton, Shaq and Kobe. Dwight, Nash, Gasol and Kobe. I really like Ingram's game. Instead of hitting the rookie wall, he got really efficient in the second half of the season. Give him a summer to bulk up and work on his game a little, I think he's going to be incredible next year. I'm not sure I'd move him for anything short of LeBron, Steph Curry, or Kawai Leonard.
