This offense is lifeless with Gonzalez in and Cody out.

We're ordinary with A-gon and it shows.

its just too late to take a chance on him getting it together as anything more than a spot starter and ph
its cody's base now and we are better w him at first and the outfield rotation as is
really hope thats how it goes down having watched the last 10 games or so
agon is making some good contact at times but thats it
but i think thats exactly what the little ankle twist afforded us an opportunity to find out

..........and Turner is a slump and Taylor did nothing vs. the Brewers.

Not the formula for success against a team with a playoff caliber pitching staff.

Need to shut down the Agon experiment ASAP as soon as Belli is ready.

Doc said Bellinger will go back to first base when he returns with Adrian Gonzalez getting more rest with back tightness returning.

Hang 'em up AGon. Do the right thing.

he's a proud guy he just might
but next year is a lot of money to walk away from
any chance they can buy him out if things don't change?
can't see carrying him as a ph but whats a team to do?
dump him and pay for him to play elsewhere?
if we have to pay him it would seem he would have value off the bench...
its not like we have much in the way of ph from the left side
unless its a rh lineup day
he could be a good piece just don't see it happening

    agreed
and something i've been saying for quite some time tbh
with the big lead and cody ailing, was willing to give him a few at bats to prove his worth
some might say small sample size but i think we've seen enough

Very hittable pitch Farmer missed out on. Was feeling the magic, but this team wasn't.

Pinch hit all the old guys. Utley, Ethier, Grandy, Adrian.
Start the young guys. Barnes starts at second, if Yasmani needs to go out then he just switches to C.
Barnes is so flexible you do not need a backup catcher. Much less a backup to the backup.
Barnes can start at 2B and still be available to catch when needed.
