    Did he fund some lab doing this work or something?

    Light therapy is a real thing man.
    Trump was merely mentioning it because it was something he probably only recently found out about.
    Maybe he got it from celebs doing yoga where they put their exposed vag to the sky to treat candida fungus.
    I saw a bunch of conservatives making fun of it because it was being promoted by some hollywood liberals.
    But it is an actual therapy that has merit.
    You should try it.

    The catch 22 of the situation is that the better you do at curving the problem, the more it looks like the problem isn’t a big deal.

    In the case of California, Newsom has done a good job in addressing the Coronavirus epidemic, at least in my opinion. I know it’s a little easier for me to say that since my wife and I are both able to work from home, but this virus has done a number on parts of Italy and the East coast. The fact that it’s less of a problem out here is a good thing.

    and yet the WHO now points to Sweden as the gold standard and what is inevitable for all countries
    after pointing to China as the only way w their draconian lockdown that surely killed far more than the virus
    this was about not overwhelming the hospitals and many hospitals are now shuttering due to lack of patients
    the truth is NO ONE knew wtf to do and now its clear society needs to be open
    how outrageous is it that the vaunted WHO would just casually reverse its opinion like that?
    try to pretend that didn't just happen

    I think it's too soon to tell how much the mitigation efforts have worked.
    California did everything right, shutting down the state before it needed to. Florida and Texas did everything wrong, acting too late, leaving beaches open.

    Yeah, it really is a good thing...it totally sucks to get a phone call that your fellow roustabout life long bud is dead.
    The info now is that he didn't catch one break while being treated...not one.
    He fought off one stage after another for over a month, and finally, his body just shut down.
    Can't shake it. Finding it really difficult to move on from this.
