I've been social distancing long before it became the thing to do. Shit, I am social distance champ. Guaranteed. This is easy to me, I've been training for this.

What I have a hard time with is being told to shut up and obey. Not my style.

at spectrum i swear if they had guns they'd have shot me
i believe in getting shots and had the flu and shingles shots administered at rite aid by choice

Thanks for the condolensces...this one just hit really close. Had some great times with Bob over the years, and got into unforgettable situations with him. Many times.
And plenty of trouble.
When the shock and sadness wanes a bit, his memory will always bring a smile and a laugh out loud.

hard to find a friend like that
have been trying to get him out to throw a frisbee for a few weeks since we were getting together and doing something every week for a long time
but his wife especially has him on lock down
yesterday he called and said he can't do it anymore and wants to smoke a joint and chuck the disc
will be sure to value every minute of it
maybe even take a hike up to the old train tunnel like when we were kids

 

A joint and throwing a frisbee is akin to tall neck beers and bowling.

Three full pages of obituaries...used to be many be three of four individual normally per week. The ages, too are sadly not in line with chronic older age problems.
Looks like more and more of the cast of the "Sopranos" biting the dust from the "flu".
