    Baez is just an accident waiting to happen...flat out terrible.

    Last 2 innings were high stress. CT3 dropped an easy out in the 5th and Strip deflected another ball and thought he had to hurry and juggled it in the 4th.

    Petey has been good lately BUT I can't defend him anymore with his boneheaded backwards pitching!!! Walking a lead off guy with a 5 run lead is just STUPID.:ranting:

    he was looking ok when coming in to get ONE out
    as soon as you give him an inning it starts going sideways and everyone just lays on his fastball
    same as it ever was

    .500 with a bullet.
    One of the hottest teams in the league.
    Can cruise into the division lead easily against the competition.
    Most players starting to fire on all cylinders.
    New assets performing well.
    A few key injured assets getting ready to come back.

    I still hold to the idea that we will see Corey Seager hit a game winning HR as a PH or DH during the World Series.
    Which means the Dodgers can rebuild within the season and overcome the loss of Seager and the slow start and add enough pieces to win the division and go strong into the playoffs.

    Bellinger needs to get back to somewhat of a good form. He should.
    Turner needs to get his timing back, which he will.
    Kershaw comes back as something that is still close enough to Kershaw.
    Urias or some other minor league pitcher comes up and performs well.
    Wood regains last years form.
    A prime time reliever is acquired.
    Maeda is no longer needed in the rotation and can relieve.
    Same for Hill and Ryu if healthy.
    Everyone else continues to play as well as they have.
