I thought the only two HBPs with any intent behind them were the two to Shohei. As least Vasquez hit him in the lower leg. Gutless Suarez hit him near the shoulder with 100 mph. Fuck him. He should get suspended.

That said, I don't blame Shildt for being pissed. Got to stand up for your guys. As much as I can't stand Tatis, I hope he's OK. He handled it OK, although it's hard to retaliate when you're laying in the dirt. Shohei on the hand was yukking it up with the Pads. Not a good look. Don't want him in a brawl. At least look like you take offense at getting plunked again.

Yamamoto's June swoon continues. Four starts, 20.2 IP, 24 hits, 12 runs (all earned), 4 HRs and 10 BBs. Line was deceiving last night. Some soft contact got through the infield, but a lot of hard contact found gloves. He might have given up 4 HRs in a day game. Multiple fly balls died on the track.
