    Dodgers are apparently calling up Julian Fernandez for this series. What will this make, pitcher #38? #39? I've lost track.

    This stiff... er, I mean Fernandez is a career minor leaguer who did get in 6 games for the Rockies in 2021 and posted a sterling 10.80 ERA.

    Okay, in all seriousness, he's 3-0 with a 4.08 in 24 games with OKC this year. Not the worse ERA in a hitter-friendly league. Also, he once threw this almost 103-mph pitch for Colorado: https://www.mlb.com/video/fernandez-s-102-8-mph-pitch

    In any event, the group of relievers that Dodgers have sent out there this year is downright comical.

    Also, apparently Outman is with the team in Milwaukee. No word yet on if he's been activated... I think it depends on if one of the Hernandezes or Edman goes on the IL.

    Okay, so Outman and Fernandez are active, Kike to the 10-day, Robo optioned, and CJ Alexander DFA'd.

    With Muncy and Kike on the IL and Edman hobbled, they're really thin in the IF. Interesting that they didn't bring up anyone who could play there.

    Yesterday's limp dick effort is hardly worth a comment.

    Liked what I saw out of Sheehan.

    Our all-world leadoff hitter has morphed into a bucket of shit. Not sure what he's thinking at times.

    Pages, despite his success, needs to be a little more selective (only 16 walks) and Kim needs to lay off the back foot breaking balls.
