whole day was a blur for me. picked up the gf i haven't seen for 2 months at the airport w shit traffic both ways and dropped her off at the masseuse while tuning in closer to the game and realizing what was happening 18 up and 18 down oh fuck! kicked her out and shot over to Caseys tavern and i walk in to my favorite bartender Harvey who is a hardcore Dodger fan, conservative and and like 6'5" solid black man. i give him the shhhh sign and sit down to watch the 7th and hear someone at the end of the bar say "its a perfect game" noooo i barely heard that. and Harvey asked "so do you want a drink or what?" or yeah sure and as he's making my marg he blurts out "HE"S THROWING A PERFECT GAME!" i said noooooo Harvey wtf have you done fuck i can't fucking believe it you've cursed this fucking game. which is quite the feat since cursing and backwards hats aren't allowed there. but he hung his head he didn't say shit. he knew what he'd done. if you have to blame someone for yesterday blame Harvey lol. would be hilarious if random people walked in and told him they know what he did! ahahhaha. yeah Harvey fucked us.
and as i woke up this morning lacking sleep and feeling sore i saw an image of Mookie but not the one you would think. i saw him gloving and gliding across second to end game 7 last years ws. lest we forget. i'd take that 100/100 times over the perfect game that maybe coulda been. i was pissed yesterday but not today. had to check myself. we need a solid ss to 3 peat and that's all that matters today for me. but i'm not quite done w Harvey!
