Clinched a series win over a quality opponent and a quality (to put it mildly) starting pitcher. Rasmussen pitched the Dodger lineup as well as any pitcher has in 2026. Hard to believe he's has three elbow surgeries.

Efficient six from Wrobo on short rest. Pulled after just 67 pitches but after some solid contact found leather. Three hitless innings from the pen to finish the game. Love how Hurt (10 pitches, 10 strikes) has bounced back from a rough stretch.

Sho doing Sho stuff against a pitcher who had fanned him five times in seven ABs. No wall scrapers for Sho. It's 400 ft plus or nothing. Sounds like he'll get the day off from hitting today. Fingers crossed his knee passes the pitching test today.

Freeland's bunt needed to be anywhere but where he placed it. Terrible execution. The bottom of the order guys like Freeland, Kim and Rojas have to be able to lay down a decent bunt.

How good was the pitching last night? Both teams were had just 6 chances with RISP.

Dodger defense is the most underrated aspect of the team.

 

yeah i couldn't believe it either. was just getting comfortable and is was the 4th inning. i realized i better get that $20 beer before they close the bar! they must have full on musical production for each of the closers. at least they did for Klein, Hurt and Scott last night. was really fun.
Hurt came out to a darkened stadium to baby don't hurt me no more and during the inning of quick outs he was still playing dun dun dun dun dun and whoa a whoa wha awhoa as guys were making outs. hysterical stuff from Deiter.

 

its davey getting cute. if he can win w that lineup he's trolling the whole league. plus we all know its not fair to go sweeping teams now is it? also think little mrs. davey has something to do with these things although no proof exists. by all appearances she swaddles him in between games. think that's a given.
