    The formula the the LAD can't beat the "better" teams seems to be holding true, if recent (and not so recent results are any indication) , so one out of three seems possible. I don't know exactly what that says, but realistically, it says we just aren't that good, and look pretty weak if we were going to the post. We certainly aren't playing AZ if we get there. We played great BB to get from 9.5 behind, but the Giants all but collapsed, we can't forget.
    I'd love to beat Timmeh, as him reestablishing himself is not good for the Dodgers.
    And of course, sweeping them would be fabulous, and just what we need. I don't know why we just roll over for these bastards...but we do. Our pitching (in this series anyway) is easily as good as theirs is, but our hitting/D always can take a vacation at any time. Most of the dead weight on the team is in the BP, and it looks as if DBB has split it right down the middle into two groups. Doesn't seem too smart, but maybe he's on to something. It sort of looks like he is managing by looking past some teams, and focusing on others (like the SFags), but a loss is a loss, no matter who from. Like the Pirates bitch smacked us.
    There's no time like the present to make some kind of statement, which until now, has been totally the other way.
    Zack's loss and Clayton's no decision are in the books, so let's have the A games from both of them against these thorns in our side.

    You have to love the pitching matchups, but our offense is capable of making any starter look like Walter Johnson. Series will have a playoff like feel too....should be exciting unless we lose

    I'm in SF for the series. I've already had a bad time since they got their asses kicked in the last two series and the gnat fans are riding high.

    I had this small idea that Ethier would do well against Lincecum but he's proven to be shitty.

    Let's hope Puig in CF works, or maybe Colletti is just trying to kill Kemp or Crawford off this team by having Puig run into them
