    I remember being so turned off at the idea of signing DJ LeMahieu and see that he’s been amazing for the Yankees....go figure.

    The Pollock signing is still a head scratcher. I like the current lineup without Pollock right now.

    Who knows. Maybe he’s back for the post season and starts to rake.

    Apparently it is like 385 out to center, which is fucking nothing for MLB. Then the playing surface is said to be rock hard as well. So anything in the air is probably gonna be gone and anything hit on the ground is gonna be tough unless it is right at you. I hold firm that these sideshow events are idiotic and should be only done during the preseason.

    You would think, at minimum as a courtesy, these two teams would have players ' names on the back of their jersey.
    I don't think the average Brit is tuned in to Yankee Dugout or Red Sox Nation.

    Just let the crooked hat and the carpet head guy go at it. Not an ounce of brains between them.

    Like the one commentator said, if Puig wanted to get to Strop, he could have. Just another fake bad ass. So glad he's another team's problem.

    "it's no secret, he's stupid" is not only hilarious it's 100% spot on
    my hatred for all things cubs/strop just dropped... slightly
    you're absolutely right @fsudog21, puig could have gotten to strop, bumgarner and any/everyone else he's ever had an issue with
    but i guess you need to try to create interest when your team's in last place and you're hitting .238
    problem is, no one cares
    puig's act grew tired long ago, and [my prediction is] he will be out of baseball within 3-5 years

    He was held back by 3 players and barely at that. Strop wasn't even held back in the highlights I saw. The pitch went behind him by the way so any player would have been pissed.

    Gonna be upset if we don’t win over 100 games this year, and approach 110. The rest of the NL sucks.

    I’d love for an early trade for an elite reliever but I have no idea who is truly available. Felipe Vásquez probably isn’t available. None of the A’s relievers are. Giants relievers prob won’t be traded until the 31st. With so many meh teams, so many teams are gonna wait til July 31st to see whether they buy or sell.

    agree on the need for pen help
    just preparing for the inevitable... teams asking for significantly more from us than other teams
    think a guy like gonsolin could prove valuable down the stretch/in the post
