    pass
    good player, sure
but extremely overrated (for what he’s projected to get) imo
would rather sign cody tbt — much cheaper and (again imo) just as good

If Cody hits in 26 like he hit in 24-25 ... that'd be superb.

Kyle Tucker is a very nice play
    He isn't 500M nor 400M nice
He is consistently a top 30 hitter every year, never in the top half of that
Let somebody else regret that move

His numbers are skewed due to the friendly confines of Yankee Stadium.

We better sign a few hitters. With this streaky as hell lineup, and age creeping up a many spots, we need some youth to invigorate this team. I think what will be back and probably (?) not as shitty and decrepit as this year (Evans, Treinen, Scott, Yates, etc. all a mystery in the bp, status-wise), the starting rotation with some youth ready to break in, may be pretty good. But "you can never have enough pitching " is so very true.
Big the O needs serious thought.
FF and Mookie winding down, it appears.
Ohtani with a full year in the rotation will not be a 55 hr guy, I dont think.
Muncy is barely there for looong periods of time.
    Teo is a defensive abomination.
Kike is a toss up...can you carry a .200 hitter all year in anticipation of post season heroics ? His D is superb though...anywhere. A truly fine athlete.
    Conforto? Idk
Catching is fine. Work on the Rushing bat.
Just seems like there's plenty of work to do...get to it, Andy.
And I'm not talking Pages here. Enough partying.
Make a quick savvy signing to serve immediate notice that the threepeat is seriously sought.
    OBEY.

As others said, no to Tucker at that price level and for that many years. Let another team carry that contract. And I don't want Cody back either. Just like I said about Beuhler, best to leave some things in the past. Dodgers have some great OF potential in Single and Double A. They won't all pan out but there's enough there that at least a couple should stick. So just find a one or two year impact right fielder to move Teoscar back to left where he's supposedly not as bad, and let the youth make their way up the system.

Potential starters for at some point in 2026. Too soon?

    Yamamoto
    Snell
    Glasnow
    Ohtani
    Sheehan
    Stone
    Ryan
    Gonsolin
    Wrobleski
    Sasaki
    Knack
    Grove

... and Ferris projects to be ready for the call up some time in '26.

I'm ready to move on from Gonsolin (arbitration eligible), and Knack and Grove should just be "break glass in case of emergency" options. Haven't heard anything on Sasaki - give it another go as a starter, or is high-leverage reliever going to be his calling? Hoping that Stone and Ryan are able to come back fully, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they fit in.

Every year we seem to have a plethora of starters, but every year at some point the rotation gets thin. Would be great if this year they could stay mostly healthy and afford the Dodgers the option to hold back Ferris to '27.

I like that incredible Clement on the Jays. I don't know what his contract status is, but after Vlad, he is , for me anyway, the most impressive player on Toronto...I'd love to get him and plug him rght in to 3b.
Max is nowhere near the fielder, and his yearly injury timeouts, ever increasing, are taking a healthy chunk out of his HR abilities.
If I had my druthers and he was available in any way, shape, or form, he'd be the guy I'd throw $ at.

The Dodgers have to make a decision on Max Muncy's $10 million club option by tomorrow.

He won't be eligible for free agency until '29, so the only way to get him now is by trade. Something tells me that's a big NO for Toronto.

Dodgers favored to land Bo Bichette as MLB free agency opens, also in mix for Kyle Tucker and Alex Bregman.

Perfect Dodgers right there...an old guy, a player with a mashed knee, and Tucker could get an unjustified Scrooge McDuck uncountablejillion $ contract. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
Bichette, if healthy, would change the OF by trickle down.

This past year was his best by far and it was just .260/.295/.376/.671

Of course he was historic in the postseason. Would have even been more historic if not for the Pages catch.

Alex Vesia and Max Muncy both have their options picked up
Ryan Ward — the zero-defense, all-bat OF — has been added to the 40-man roster.
