    Tried all of those malt liquors including King Cobra. You didn’t grow up in the 90’s in the east LA without these staples in your fists. I think we were getting a 32 of Shitz for like $1.38 or some shit.
    How could you not go for a few of those when you only had 7 bucks in your pocket. dinner was an AM/PM burger with all the toppings. Broke as fuck

    Yep. We used to get them for $0.99 each.
    I used to grab 2 for the after-party after the bars closed.

    100% brain splitting, stomach busting, shit spraying hangover ever single time.

    I regret it everytime.
    When jack in the box is usually right around for just as cheap but they stopped using that fine grind of cardboard filler that my tastebuds are accustomed to.

    The fillers at jack in the box meat are probably something some communist gov official said was healthy like the soy hormone based nutrition they feed folks in china so they have as few children as possible and that they remain small weak and docile.

    In n out is truly a godsend in a deserted landscape.
    And now with a cane's chicken next door.

    used to eat at one in pasadena that was really good
    you might know the place @rube — on walnut, down the street from ricks burgers
    anyway, probably because pasadena has a lot of good food spots, this ampm had really good burgers and dogs
    of course that was back when i could eat that shit
    last time i ate there was the same day shawn green hit 4hr

    there was this one spot a little north of the 210 somewhere a little past or near lake street.
    just great burgers and fries in the old fashioned 80's greaseball type of way
    lots of good spots in pasadena of course, lots of pricy spots too for a burger and fries... but this spot had the best combo for the price in town.
    it had pictures of greece on the walls
    you cant make greek fire without lots of grease and you to render a lot of sheep for that
