The rot permeating the Biden administration goes deep. Joseph Biden, utter scum that he is, didn’t even pardon his worthless son out of duty as a father. He was protecting his bagman, and in so doing, protected the billions that have been kicked back in the whole Ukraine scam.

i touched a basketball a month ago for the first time in like 20 years
i been bouncing it here and there for 5/10 minutes a day and all of a sudden im noticing i can do things
like simple things i couldnt do because of knee and neck issues

im out here in slides crossing over the cats and doing drills around the potted plants in the backyard
i laid down a rug on the concrete and it gives you a sorta similar bounce to what you get in a real court
when i dribble on the rug my skill goes up a notch just from the reliability of the bounce and it feels nice!

then again its a shitty ball from 5 below
one of these days im gonna take it to the park and try to shoot around and see if my shoulder works too
imma tell you though it feels so fucking good to be able to move with a basketball again
