I think that they went to Puig and his agent and said, "we have to get ahead of this. We do expect this to stop, you are killing your brand. We will say we are disappointed and you are to act contrite. This will blow over and Grace--that hypocrite--can go fuck himself" I might have added the last part.

let's relax a little. he was speeding...not driving drunk or anything. personally, i know good people who get their share of speeding tickets. and just in general, there are good people who can't help but drive fast. it's dangerous, but it's not anything to trade him for. the Dodgers would be the laughing stock of MLB if they traded Puig for speeding. a shit load of players get tickets, but he's " Puig ", so it's big news. it's no excuse...i'm just saying. and he's still a very young guy. if it's still happening 4-5 years from now...we can begin to talk trade and even then i'd say " fuck no ". but right now...he's relatively new to this country, new to being uber-rich, and new to being given so much responsibility and spotlight.
I agree. Watching him is almost like an HBO mini-series. His talent is off the charts and he needs to remain a Dodger.
to be honest...watching the vid i was more worried about the cars on the highway coming right at them after he pulled Puig out of the car. good grief, get out of the fuckin road. the van that comes by at 4:10 in the vid was pretty damn close.
