Jays finally did something stupid which makes it even sweeter. Tired of hearing how fundamentally sound they are

Take Teo out of the lineup tomorrow. Don't need his terrible defense or offense.

To quote the former Bronco head coach Lou Saban on NFL Films, "they're killing me Whitey, they're killing me."

This isn't gymnastics. No style points. Out hit 8-4. No problem. It's not about quantity. It's about quality.

Caught a break with the wedgie heard 'round Canada. Caught another one when Barger channeled his inner Pages on the bases. Kike admitted after the game he ignored "the card" and played a little shallower on Gimenez. Also said he lost it in the lights for a brief second. A play and a Rojas pick for the ages. Left the evil Springer in the on deck circle with his dick in his hands.

Thought they were doomed in both the 8th and 9th. That piece of shit that Springer hit down the RF line was a omen of bad things to come. Same with Roki hitting Kirk with an 0-2 pitch.

Yamamoto enters the Dodger postseason pitching Hall of Fame. Wanted to see him go another, but Wrobleski was up to the task in the 7th. Roki escaped the 8th, but was leaking oil in the 9th. Tidy finish for Glasnow. Three pitches. Jam sandwich to Clement and a broken bat looper to Gimenez.

Will and Mookie (rising from the ashes) with the big hits.

Rojas flashed the glove all night long. Great barehand play and started a great double play, finished with the turn by Mookie.

Game 7. Last time the Dodgers were in one was 2017 vs. the cheating 'Stros. Springer hit a 2 run HR off Darvish in the second inning. Not quite as hard to do when you know what's coming.

Fuck the Astros. They shouldn’t even be recognized as champions for the bullshit they pulled. Ruined Darvish’s career. Oh yeah, did I say fuck the Astros?

Not on @fsudog21 level post mortem, but mine own.

I was king poppa on Halloween night with my four kiddos out TorT, but we had over 600 kids come for candy, but I had the game on my phone anyway.

Yoshi has indeed become the Japanese bulldog. His comportment was masterful. Had three 3 up, 3 down innings of his 6, and if Clement doesn't have a pussy-ass infield single in the 5th, he's have had four.

Gotta salute Rojas. What a testament to the importance of defense. GMs sign big bats & fireball pitchers, but the Miggy Ro factor of glove magic makes me bow my head in prayer that Friedman got him.back from the Marlins a few years ago.

As for Kiké and his play in LF ... balls as big as church bells... well done, you foul-mouth, metrosexual PR, you.

LA failing to punch in that 8th inning opportunity made me furious. Kids heard me say FUCK for the first time. Believe it or not, I'm careful about that. But seeing Teo flail away AGAIN with the bases juiced brought out the inner dockworker in me and I bellowed the dirty word for all to hear.

Not looking forward to tonight to be honest. Can't trust which Shohei will Shohei-up on the hill. I'd rather he just pound 4 homers, and may the last 3 come with men on base.

Anyway.... blessed All Saints Day, bruthas.... I hope we are pleasantly surprised by this time tomorrow.

    Oh yeah.... and regarding Frisco

I don't know where the fuck Kike came from...streaking aross the shallow OF like that. But he did... then his savvy flip to Rojasie was the topper. So cool.
Agree with Dog, Springer's scummy, douchey hit I figured was the beginning of the end for LA. The umpiring was a travesty. Sasaki had him K'd, but only in the real world.
Glasnow induced that weak humpback liner to get Clement, for sure. When I saw him coming up, I thought this little squirt has been a superhero for the whole post season., so I resigned myself to a depressing pre bed whiz.
But no, and then, IMO, Glasnow got REAL lucky with Kike's play and quick thinking...otherwise the ceiling falls in.
So, they live to fight another day...

That piece of garbage that went for a single by Springer induced multiple fucks and mfs. Glad the neighbors on both sides are old and hard of hearing.

Like our Kentucky brother I also let Teo (aka KO) have it with both mf-ing barrels.

Looking like Sho's getting the start.

After that Glasnow should be good for a few. Snell should be at the ready as well.

Love to see them hang a L on "tired arm" Scherzer.

Maybe Scherzer needs a hug from.Scarecrow pregame. Last time he tried, Max got flinty and gave up a lead next inning.

    Why not? Worth a try.

cautiously optimistic because our bullpen is rested, particularly klein
but the pessimist in me wonders if he was just lucky in game three and, even if not, will roberts use him wisely — if at all
    fuck idk
the sooner we get scherzer out the better
but with our flaccid offense that could be 6-7 innings
whatev, get him out early somehow and i like our pen vs their pen
unless of course brain dead roberts decides to march treinen out there in a crucial spot
i’m torn between trying to be (more) positive about tonight or just staying negative
so i’ve decided to do a little of both…
if someone somehow can come up with a big hit in a big spot, and we can put up a really crooked number early… then maybe, just maybe…
    if not, we’re fucked
could go either way… but if asked to guess…
    yeah, i’d say we’re fucked

there are some things that just can’t be overcome…
