    Honestly guys, we have the most talent and are playing the best baseball right now. Nobody improved substantially. Don't want to predict anything, but man I really feel good about this season

    Yup, Arizona didn't get a good starter or huge impact on there bulpen.. Pittsburgh didn't get a good hitter, Cards/Reds/Braves didn't do shit.

    And we get a reliever in a couple weeks, not to mention Matt Kemp. Also, we have multiple options for that 5th starter spot: Capuano or Fife. We gonna be cool, meanwhile these other teams should have really done something (well, other teams should have sold better)

    Was hoping Hairston would be sent to Japan
    Other than that, we got Wilson to help the BP. Prices were too high in trades. Already got Nolasco for a great tag.
    A great 2Bman would've been a luxury. Not a necessity. Mark is fine.

    It's up to Kemp to be any addition to this mix.

    In regards to the asking price for Cliff Lee

    The Red Sox are said now to have in reality been a "non factor" for Cliff Lee before they landed Jake Peavy, and baseball people are highly doubtful anyone would meet the supposed Phillies' asking price of three top prospects for a pitcher who has $70 million guaranteed to go through 2015.

    "No one's going to do that," one executive said.

    "I don't know of a team in baseball that would [do] that. Taking on that much money and giving up three legit prospects seems like a stretch for anyone," another executive said.

    I really like our team/bullpen. All we need is for one of League/Marmol/Wilson to go on a good stretch with Belisario/paco/Howell/Jansen and the bullpen is fucking good.

    Although having to wait 2 weeks for Wilson sucks, it gives Marmol/Withrow more time to show who is good. I'm hoping Marmol does well so we can option Withrow and bring him back in September, only missing two weeks.
