    probably so. Hughes would be a nice #5 for us + he has experience as a reliever, so he could step into that role in the post season. his numbers are far better outside of Yankee Stadium, so that would've made sense.

    By the time they are good, they'll have like 5 straight #1 overall picks in their system, and numerous other high-quality later round draft picks and players acquired in trade.

    Me thinks the astros are gonna be scary in 2-3 years.I just dont know if they have enough pitching.I'm honestly surprised how quick lunhow has turned that farm around considering what he was given.great job!

    Honestly Cliff Lee's stock is going to keep dropping with that contract and he's not getting younger. Does Amaro honestly believe they are contending next year? Why not sell now while your stock is still high.
