I was engaged once many moons ago. It didn’t take.

After many years of ups and downs, my long-term girlfriend at the time and I had grown apart. It happens.

But at least we didn’t send out wedding invitations. (I shudder at the thought.)

The same cannot be said for professional golfer Rory McIlroy and his former fiancée Caroline Wozniacki.

The two high-profile athletes were engaged, sent out wedding invitations, probably paid a pretty penny for them considering their salaries, then days later mutually decided to break off the engagement. Good thing guests hadn’t already booked their flights.

    Feel the love at: http://sportschump.net/2014/05/22/s...oy-caroline-wozniacki-break-engagement/13906/

    as a fisherman there's a saying
your two favorite days as a boat owner are the day you buy it and the day you sell it
    never been engaged or married
but i imagine your two happiest days are when you get engaged and then divorced
    bkitches man...

Most sports news is not sports or news which is part of reason I'm mot much of a fan nowadays. The sports channels are annoying to have on.

I usually listen more on radio while in the kitchen than I watch on tv.
    Cuts down on the b.s.

    Women are like fish.
Gotta know how to catch, release.
When to keep em, how to clean em when you find one that's mature enough to pull from the waters.
But first you gotta learn how to hold your rod.
Anyone can stick it in the water, in the south they fish with their bare hands.
Preparing the fish before you cook it is the most important step probably.
So learn how to take care of it and it will keep.
Then you gotta learn how to cook the fish properly for best flavor so you don't have to mess with trying to spice things up with unnatural flavors, oils, and rubs.

I think I'm hungry, but it may just be that ive been away from the sea a while.

For those of you that aren't tennis fans, Caroline Wozniacki is hot.

I... No wonder we get along so well.

Rube... Catch and release. I like it. Let's just say I've held on to a few too long and they spoiled out of water.

Craig.... I agree with you. Even though he's a pro athlete, Rory definitely traded up.
