Back when Broxton didn't routinely spit the bit.

Probably stills soils himself at the mention of Matt Stairs and Jimmy Rollins.

I have absolutely no clue what to think of how we are going to do this series. On the one hand I know we played them real well during the season but on the other our starting pitching is in so much flux, hopefully the off days will help.

we took 2/3 during the regular season
    should have swept them tbh
but you can probably throw all that away

    off topic
but any thoughts on who wins between cleveland/toronto?
and if we get past the cubs, who would you prefer?...

    both would be tough.

Jays hammer the ball and score at will, while the Indians just play good baseball.

I think Cleveland because all their starters are right handed.

Also start Ruiz. More useful in two at bats than Grandmal in 20

As I got up this morning, went out to get the morning paper, I looked up at the sky. It was BLUE......DODGER BLUE. Than I think back to last night, how this team was playing in colder/hating DC. Than the 7th inning started with a solo blast of warmer conditions, followed by a continued vent of hotter air. Than the closing conditions dictated that all those involved, in seeing this thing through, need to step beyond the norm. AND THEY DID, and that's why I love this team, and will always bleed DODGER BLUE.......For life. Amen......

Cleveland is a much better matchup. They have a NASTY lefty pitcher in Miller, but lots of righties. Not to mention the Blue Jays offense is super dangerous against lefty pitchers

    Jays starting staff is underrated.

And you're right. Indians are just solid, despite missing one of their best offensive players (Brantley) all year.

So ironic (or painful) that Grandal seemed to come up in every key situation.
