    that was a ball no question but Will had lost a challenge first pitch i guess so guys don't want to waste the last one
    would appear to me since this started and the CB thing umps have gotten at least marginally better w the calls

    Toronto treated this series - and this 3rd game - as a vindication of their World Series loss.

    It'll never be settled in April, you Canadian twats. I realize there is no thinner book in the library than Canadian War Heroes but if you can't win in October, spring won't make the pain go away.

    This stupid attitude will give cause to the powerful ump union to turn the whole ABS thing around eventually, and we'll all be back to the garbage behind the plate calling we had to deal with at a laughable level for so long.

    No Stanley Cups since '67. Kings have won two, including beating the Leafs in the conference finals to reach the Cup finals in '93. A lot of bitterness in Toronto.

    Nice to get 5 of 6 on the road, but it could have easily been a clean sweep.

    Game seemed to hinge on a handful of key ABs. Freddie lines into a DP to end the first. Missed a chance to get the jump on the slumping Jays. Teo flies out with the bases loaded in the 7th with the Dodgers up 3-1. Chance to bury Toronto blown. Down 4-3 with two on in the 9th Freddie chases and strikes out and Muncy hits a weak ass dribbler back to mound.

    Toronto made the young relievers pay for late game walks. Treinen prevented further damage with another strong outing.

    Post season Pages reared his ugly head. Hopefully just a blip on the radar.
