We could advantage of that weak RF as well but that would require making contact

I have no fucking clue in the world why the Dodgers hitting coaches are still employed

Ohtani and Betts are just a step above useless for a while. I guess there are some who feel last year's WS win with him and his recored breaking are all worth it, but I see a nose dive extraordinaire. Make a million excuses for the guy, but I think he should bat maybe 5th, just in front of the .230 hitter Betts.
Wtf do they give the team batting 1-2 ?
I can't over the underachieving level on this team for so many individuals.
And 87 Ks on this road trip, and Ohtani'sgot 2 5 of them. That's record breaking too, I think.

Really hope that this isn't going to be the new normal for Betts. We have seven more years of him, and if he's just going to be a light-hitting SS, we could've easily found that for a much smaller commitment. Completely baffles me as to why he doesn't go back to RF where his arm was a great asset, and he can focus on getting his bat speed back up.

Thought Snell looked pretty good today.

Two HRs that would've been outs in a major league ballpark

The offense dead as usual though

Team has no approach at the plate...I appreciate Rojas trying to switch things up and bunt

Bases loaded 1 out for Teo

    Does he

    A. Strikeout on a ball
    B. Hit a weak pop up
    C. Hit into a DP
    D. Take strike 3 looking

    That'll do it

Even on the HR trot, the Rays player is moving faster than Teoscar down the first base line on the DP

On a 2-0 count when the pitcher came in and gave up consecutive hits. I'd think taking a strike would've been the right approach there. get later into the count and make him make a mistake. But this year, everyone wants to be the hero, it seems.

Felt so similar to the AB vs Jordan Hicks in Boston

Ahead in the count in a favorable matchup and ends in 2 outs.

That one was a bit more forgiving but yeah....Teo doesn't provide anything for the Dodgers these days

I can't stand him anymore...there's no excuse for not hustling... NONE. He looked like he actually put it in a slower gear about 20 feet from first.
    Oh yeah, his foot injury.
    Sorry.
We'll be getting that jammed down our throats ad infinitum.
But if it's so debilitating, should he be in there at all ?
And is it just me, but not so long ago, didn't you think we had a bona fide big league slugger in Pages ?
A blockhead of the game, but at least a dangerous guy for us at the plate ?
    Nah.
    Wrpng.

There is a solution, if only Roberts had the stones/brains to do it. Once Muncy returns, which should be any day now, move Freeland to short, Mookie to right, and Teoscar to the IL to FULLY heal his foot. He's not worth rostering in this current condition.

Gonna lose a game to a team 90% weaker than their divisional chaser from North Tijuana.

I get that it's very hard to repeat a World Series championship. 100% get it... but l don't get why that same team needs to be a cuck of epic proportions to the fuckin league. This team has become the Scotty J of MLB, watching Dirk Diggler plug every girl on the lot while he gets the shudders...

Watched a lot of bb in my life. Many years of it. Never seen a worse strikeout artist than Shohei Ohtani.
Seriously need a batting coach to work with him exstensively. Guy has some very serious problems.
They can't get rid of Ohtani, but try some different, possibly acctually effective coaches... maybe Laurel and Hardy have outlived their usefulness..
Is that footsteps I hear ? SD footsteps ?
