I can't tell you how this whole laxt page of posts was my whole conversation, ver batim, about what went on since we got to 6-5...uncanny. Right down to the ump being fired.
It almost looked like the guy was greased to throw the game for the Angels. That was hard to watch.
Roberts has flat out fucked up games by taking 1 inning pitchers and trying to stretch them into something more. And then his stupid micromanaging with Dreyer...and on and on. E=mc2.
Wouldn't even go out and argue with the ump to back up Rushing. Douchebaggery rampant.

coming to the conclusion that davey totally relies on prompts and real time advice from at least one or possibly more sources. at times i think they intentionally abandon him. i mean a guy like him just can't manage like this and also make those game 7 decisions. doesn't add up. he's the legs crossed, look deep in thought and cool at the same time fraud like everything else in this state apparently. not that smart and never was. he's a prop to make all the social justice folks proud. wish it wasn't like that but i fear it is.

 

A cluster fuck of epic proportions.

Easy to complain about shitty umpiring and soft contact hits. Equally frustrating were pitchers issuing 6 walks and an inability to put away the bottom feeders in a shitty lineup. Sheehan seemed to become unglued after the long Madrigal AB.

Was the check swing appealed? If not, why? The head of the bat was pointed at the second baseman. As bad a checked swing call as I've ever seen. Home plate umpire should get a game suspension over that performance.

1-10 with RISP despite scoring five runs. Nice to see Rushing break out. Tucker seems to be good for one game a week. The rest of the week is full of don't give a fuck ABs.
