Would be a talented duo, no doubt, but nothing promised beyond that. If Young were a wing I'd take that potential duo more seriously. As talented as Young is, he plays a position where it's going to be an uphill battle for a smaller, slight guy that can be taken advantage of on the defensive end. Ultimately, they'd both kneel to King Giannis, like everyone else that plays in the east from this year forward.
Brett Brown returning to Philly. Tough Philly job since Embiid and Simmons don't fit together. Would hate to be Elton Brand. The backlash of trading Embiid would be too great. And Simmons being their only durable star under contract makes it tough to deal him..even though Brand wanted to trade him at the deadline.
Bullshit. Pels win the fuckin lottery with AD heading out the door. Zion is going to be a Pelican, but then again, Lakers could nab RJ Barrett @ #4 and make he and Zion teammates in New Orleans
Not necessarily. They're still rebuilding in N.O. and AD is on a different timeline. Zion is a great talent, but he's not ready to win or be a #2 on a contender and LeBron is
Plus Griffin's guy Ingram. He's big on him, but yeah, the Pels no longer need to look to rape anybody in a trade. Kuz may survive after all. LAL for sure plans on keeping Lonzo
The Vandy kid who sat out a year is one of the projected #4 picks. Shoots and plays DEFENSE. IF they fail on the AD front I like him.
