Dodger fans should honestly have the same energy for Darvish as they do Machado. Dude sucked ass for us in the playoffs and dominates us every single fucking time he faces us

 

i'd be good if they just competed for the rest of the series and didn't fall back on excuses
if they can get some guys to show up and hit the mads are hardly invincible

 

Team has no dawgs. When Flaherty was chirping with Machado I didn’t see a single teammate backing him up. In 2020 when Machado was yelling at Brusdar practically the whole team defended Brusdar and were chirping back. That’s the difference between a team that wants it and a team going through the motions.

I'd like to see real baseball again, preferably from the Dodgers. Sadly, the Mets-Phils game 2 ... THAT was fecking baseball.

Given the final score it seems crazy to think the game might have been different if Edman's line out DP ball goes into the RF corner. At worst the game is 3-2 and the Dodgers have runners at second and third. At best the game is tied and Edman is on second.

Re. the inexcusable fan behavior, I was at a late season Reds-Dodgers game in the mid 70s when the fans in the LF pavilion pelted Pete Rose with all kinds of shit. Profar isn't worth the effort.

 

Yes. That's why DS stopped selling beer in the pavilions until well into the 80s.
