You're SO MUCH better of a person than I am. I don't know how you rein yourself in, brother. we did an intervention on my junkie cousin years ago. He was repugnant & unrepentant. I voted that we bury him in San Berdu. Seriously. So toxic. Cut to now. He's relapsed about a dozen times since and burned through the value of his parents TWO homes and everyone is destitute because of him. My solution was illegal & immoral but fiscally efficient.
Maybe there's a legit reason that I'm unaware of, but the Mets sitting Lindor in the second game has to have ruffled some dbag feathers.
i rarely pray but at one point i was legit hoping the guy would kick watching what he was doing to his sister and my girls today was interesting though and he seemed far more lucid and together looked me in the eyes and didn't want his hand held through every question he was asked or paper he had to contend with seems like he's making a real attempt to rejoin the human race so i'm sticking w him for the moment taking him for neurological tests on Thurs and trying to get a felony behind him so he can go back to work i know what you mean but other than drinking too much whiskey on occasion he really showed no signs of this slide we all have our moments dealing w our inner Bukowskis or at least i have but i have to think he fell and hit his head or something probably as much in it for me as there is for him so i can't complain its just the situation lol AZ
if given the choice… i guess i’d rather lose to the braves than the padres potato, potatto NLDS Game 1: Braves/Padres at Dodgers, Saturday, Oct. 5 (FOX/FS1) Game 2: Braves/Padres at Dodgers, Sunday, Oct. 6 (FOX/FS1) Game 3: Dodgers at Braves/Padres, Tuesday, Oct. 8 (FOX/FS1) Game 4: Dodgers at Braves/Padres, Wednesday, Oct. 9 (FOX/FS1) Game 5: Braves/Padres at Dodgers, Friday, Oct. 11 (FOX/FS1)
imo the wild card sb 5 and the LDS sb 7 sort of makes no sense to do all the work to extend the playoffs and not have legit series best team nearly always comes out ahead in 7, not so much in 5
I hate it will a passion. 5 games and anything can happen. With 7 the better team wins. Cut the regular season down to 160. They'll survive. And play more primetime games. Playoff game at 11am on the west coast. Gtfo out with that.
FWIW ... not that I GAF .... But NOBODY is picking LA to make the WS, let alone win it. That's a good sign in its own way.
this will, ultimately, be our kiss of death will be lucky to get >5 innings from any of them Dodgers Nation@DodgersNation The three starting pitchers the Dodgers will lean on the most this postseason will be Jack Flaherty, Yoshinobu Yamamoto and Walker Buehler. LA will need the very best from all of them to make a deep run this year. 12:10 PM · Sep 30, 2024 .
or, Flaherty goes 7 solid , Yams follows w a solid 6 and Buehler/Knack are solid enough to get us a quick sweep...
