anyone else thinking of going to the game tomorrow?
i'm thinking of seeing if i can score a single ticket for a decent price
might even just go without a ticket and hang out by the entrance w a one ticket sign
always wanted to do that for some reason

Not sure what's more startling, the scoreless innings streak or that our boys scored nine runs with just one extra base hit.

A scoreless first today and the Orioles' scoreless streak against the '66 Dodgers is history. Dodgers were utterly helpless against the Oriole staff that year.

Almost blew a great chance in the first. Thanks to Max for two out single. Not what Mookie was seeing on the Smith fly ball. OF caught the ball flat footed. Not a chance he could throw Mookie out.

Freddie doing his best Kirk Gibson or should I say Juan Pierre the way he's slapping the ball all over.

Just what the doctor ordered from Flaherty. Nice to see the kid get his feet wet. No sweat getting the final three outs.

Hope Lux is OK. Not sure he would starting today against Manaea anyway. This isn't the same Manaea the Dodgers have used as a batting practice foil in the past. He's really turned things around.

Speaking of Lux, loved the bunt against the LH. He doesn't hit them anyway so why not make a productive out? Well done.

Back to the first pitch choice. You're playing the Mets. Why not trot out one of the '88 heroes? There was a guy named Orel in the house. How about Mickey Hatcher? Manny Fucking Ramirez? Disgraced roid user? Guess I have to remember this is the same organization that honored a Catholic hating group of trannies.

PS on the Lux bunt........just read that it was the first of his career.

That can’t be right. Ohtani and Betts both doubled. But that is a great sign that everyone isn’t trying to swing for the fences all the time

Maybe the Mets will roll over and not score a run for 20-some innings.

    Oh wait, that's my team.

Got to chuckle every time I see a McCourt reference. After all these years, he's still bleeding the fans.

We need Betts to keep seeing him well. Also, is it unrealistic to hope Edman keeps slugging 4000 against him?

most don't realize he's still in the mix to the tune of 14mil annually that likely gets a cost of living increase
and you know the playoffs and other events are outside of that agreement
hence the doubling of prices outside of the regular season which are already way too fucking high to park a damn car
