    all i know is i had found myself so blown out i had retreated to the gf's new place and was working on this and that w a laptop on top of her fridge
    truly hard to quantify but it has to be way up there as i completely lost my shit and screamed at the top of my lungs
    but i also did that for the Rojas HR and play to the plate from second
    obvious homer but i don't recall anything like the plays in game 7 of the 25 series
    without a question one of the greatest sports moments of my life
    i have a copy of this w their signatures w others if anyone is interested
    look at it everyday
    agree Kike had a bead and makes the catch but AP wasn't leaving anything to doubt that day

    Excellent show. Must see for any Dodger fan. Costas is a bit of a pompous ass at times, but Verducci really knows and loves the game.

    Another vote here for the Pages catch at #1.

    Along the same lines, I'd make an argument that the Rojas HR was the most clutch in WS history. People will counter that Ohtani would still have a chance to tie the score after him, but personally I didn't have much confidence in Shohei coming through in that situation. You have Gibson and Carter and Freeman and others, but if Rojas doesn't come through there, Jays win plain and simple. Add the elements of him not a power bat, game 7, a full count, and a road game, and it doesn't get bigger than that. What an immense moment. I can say without exaggeration that I've easily watched that clip over 100 times.

    Can't forget Muncy's HR in the 8th. Rojas can't tie it Muncy doesn't get them within one run.

    Easy to overlook but Max had three hits in that game.

    I was told this morning that FB ( which I'm not on and will never be) posted that Orel was in aserious accident and had bad cardio problems...so that's what my previous post is all about. Since the is zero here about the iconic Dodger in dire straits, I guess it's bullshit info from the gf ...par for the course.
