of course i know nothing but will opine nontheless real estate is a little scary to me unless you are in long term feel like a lot of people are going to have to cash in as the market turns so not much of a gain since real estate takes longer to recover crypto scares me as well since i know governments hate it and have shown they can fuck w it although i remember you suggesting ETH-USD around 1.5k and it now trades over 3k so i hope you listened to your own advice i think cash is the underestimated king like it usually is when no one has any been trippin back and forth like everyone but feel like i'm just going to let this shit blow by instead of doing something rash looking to pick up real estate when it inevitably pulls back and not panic
I don't know anything either... I'm generally in everything long term. I don't have the time/energy/ambition to follow anything but Macro trends. I've been long on crypto for quite a while, both BTC and ETH. I've done pretty well, but wish I'd bought more and earlier, but that's how it always is, no? I also bought some property in Texas earlier this year--we live there part time now as we both have ailing parents that live there. That's been more of a family decision than an investment. But who's to say if this recession and inflationary period will look like previous ones. These are very unusual times.

Not that I paid the amount for it, but somebody did, I just got my first order of Entresto, from the pharmacy, which will probably be always for me, given what my heart is left with. You know, you see the commercials on TV about 20 times a day for it...a 90 day supply @ $ 2,195.60. So, for a year, just short of $ 8,800. A bargain at twice the price ! Lol.
