    watching Shark Tank and they led w these guys with Hibertec homes and a fairly brilliant idea
    Barbara Cocoran got 20% of their business and they're going to rebuild he burned out home in Pacific Palisades as the prototype if basshole lets them
    the kept saying its basically a basement and hydraulics and they think they can get builds down to $400 a sq ft!

    Inspired by both FSU, BZoo, & Diablo - as they are old bastiges like me who grew up w/o Purell, seat belts, & latex condoms - I've built a plywood ramp in the backyard so my 7 yr old can jump like his new hero ...



    I'm hopeful he grows up with skinned knees, bloody elbows, & a shitload of splinters. That's how a boy should be.

    dig him a hole behind a tree and toss a couple of old playboys and a cigarette so he finds them
    likely never take up smoking and the mags will help take the edge off

    That's an interesting thought. Playboys and even more so, Penthouses (and the occasional Hustler) were like finding the holy grail for me as a youngster. I was over-the-top fascinated by female nakedness -- it simply seemed magical. I remember going to friends' houses and they'd have scored an old nudie mag that they had stashed away, and we'd sit around and all gawk at the pictures and make the most adolescent comments, thinking we knew what we were talking about. It was all so comical in hindsight, yet part of growning up. I have to question if that's still as special for youth today. Seems like porn is so readily available online, and I'd think even with parental controls it still would be easy to find and access, and in turn the mystique muted.

    Too true. Skin mags no longer enchant today's boyos as they did in my day. I once found a Swank & damn near lost my mind.

    @irish OTOH ... he was a big fan of Colt Roundup ...
