someone with a little credit should buy a couple of lots and use them to house some goats and cattle
then use all the other lots as free range for the animals since nobody is gonna build shit for years and rich norcal fucks gonna steal the land
might as well run cattle over it and then when the outsiders come to develop the land put on a fight for it since the cattle been using it to graze
