Vance may be the golden child in a few years but you are correct - Trump may have to step.down before his term is done. Weird but likely...

I asked 3 different AI's to translate and elaborate on your words for an audience that does not know you as well as we do.

    1. The Good.
"Yeah, as a paleocon, I get the political hit here—Trump's coming off bad with this Rob Reiner murder mess and all the crap piling up from the last year.

But me? I'm just a burned-out asshole at this point, shrugging it off. What the fuck else am I gonna do besides show up and vote? These social media clowns and the whole damn press have been gaslighting and bullshitting us for years—I've got no clue what's real anymore, and honestly, I don't give a shit.

And these holier-than-thou assholes preaching that 'leadership equals character'? Fuck off with that hypocritical garbage. They're the exact same idiots who pretend personality has to perfectly match the job in every other fucking situation.

Bill Clinton was a lying, cheating piece of shit with zero real character, but the media jerked him off nonstop for years—and what good did that do anyone? Nothing."

    2. The Bad.
"Yeah, as a self-appointed Paleocon—I have to admit the optics are bad. Trump’s latest stunt with the Reiner murder and all the garbage piling up this past year is hurting us politically.

But me? Deep down I’m just a tired, bitter prick who’s checked out completely.
I shrug, mutter “whatever,” and tell myself there’s nothing I can do except pull the lever for him again. What else is there? These Twitter warriors and cable news hacks have been feeding us slop and lies for so long that I’m totally lost—don’t know what’s true, don’t even care anymore. Easier to just stay numb.

And oh, these pious hall-monitor types wagging their fingers about “leadership equals character”? Please. Spare me the sermon, you naive clowns. You’re the same idiots who insist every job in life has to be filled by someone with the perfect matching personality, like reality works that way.

Remember Bill Clinton? Zero character—serial liar, serial cheater, perjurer—but the media spent years polishing his knob anyway, and look where that got us: nowhere good. But sure, keep pretending personal decency is the magic key to good governance. Meanwhile I’ll stay over here defending the guy who acts like a raging asshole because… reasons. Results, I guess. Or something. Anything to avoid admitting we’ve hitched our wagon to a train wreck and can’t jump off now."

    3. The Funny.
"Yeah, as a Neanderthal dragged kicking and grunting out of the Ice Age caves—because I gotta thump my chest with that “Paleocon” club right away, let all you softer, newer MAGA types know I’m the ancient one here, the pure-blooded conservative with the real fire, not like you johnny-come-latelies who might actually waver when the chief screws up—I gotta grunt that, yeah, the tribe is taking hits. This latest mess with the Reiner killing and all the rotting meat piling up from the past year… it’s making the pack look weak. Bad for the hunt.

But me? I’m just a thick-skulled brute who’s been hit on the head too many times. I shrug my hairy shoulders, scratch myself, and mumble “eh.” What else can a dumb caveman like me do but keep following the same alpha to the voting rock and bash it for him again? All those noisy birds in the trees—social media shamans, news-fire storytellers—they’ve been screeching lies and throwing smoke in our eyes for so many winters that I don’t know which way the mammoth went anymore. Don’t even want to know. Easier to just keep trudging in the same footprints, even when they lead straight toward the tar pit.

And these scrawny little moralizing hunters with their pretty painted spears, chirping that “leadership means good spirit, strong heart, noble character”? Hurr hurr, shut your weak mouths. You’re the same fools who think every hunter has to be gentle and sharing to bring home meat.

Remember that slick-talking Clinton beast from the other tribe? No honor, rutted with every female in sight, lied straight to the elders’ faces—but the storytellers beat the drums for him season after season, painted him as the great provider. And what did we get? Empty bellies and weaker cubs.
So here I am, big dumb Neanderthal, still circling the same dying fire, defending the loudest, meanest mammoth-stomper in the valley… because changing direction now would mean admitting I’ve been charging the wrong way my whole life. Easier to grunt, shrug, and keep marching toward the cliff with the rest of the herd. Ugh."

I mean, not saying anything or keeping it at “RIP Rob” would’ve sufficed. He pretty much said Rob Reiner got killed as some sort of karma for being anti DT. A god fearing man would never say such a thing. I know I wouldn’t.

Also, the problem with Trump is that he changed up (or rather, is showing his true colors) during this term. He went from being “anti-establishment no one can control me or my thoughts” to a Israel shill who has his tongue stitched to Nentanyahu’s asshole. He has lost all the appeal that propelled many Americans to vote for him.

You got it. I agree 100 percent.
And you said the loudest part in quotes.
Excellent response, thank you for your service.

People voted for him because he pretended to be something he was not.
And those that continue to 'vote' for him dont care about any of that.
    Because they been pretending too.

Last time ' round, he publically made fun of a reporter ( I guess it was) who evidently was disabled and spastic...like an ignorant grammar school bully asshole. I eventually got beyond it...didn't forget, but was able to compartmentalize it.
That really bothered me initially though, a man running for potus doing that. Pitiful, really. His petulance is not a strong leadership element ,imo.
This time, the ego that he displayed in his post death torpedo of Reiner, so far, has left me with a sickening reaction to looking at him at all.
His malignant psyche is nauseating and comes off to me now not as amusing as previously, but as an inevitable danger.
    His own worst enemy.

Well said. He's put me in such a conflicted position. I've supported him til now, justifying his shortcomings to friends and family as "nobody's perfect" and the "ends will justify the means." I don't care that he's not an eloquent speaker, or that he ruffles the occasional feather or two. I greatly value some of the things he's doing to solve critical problems that previous presidents ignored or just gave lip-service to without any action, such as stopping people from entering the country illegally and his headlong tackling of the movement of drugs from the south. But a leader HAS to know when to show some compassion in order to heal his country. This was absolutely not the time to make a political statement, and it doesn't matter how outspoken Reiner had been towards him. At a minimum, he should've just avoided the topic. At most, a simple, "We may have not seen face-to-face but this is horrible and my prayers go to his family" would have been fine. That's just COMMON SENSE, and the fact that he's incapable of understanding that and instead uses the opportunity to make it about himself is really worrisome to me. I'm glad to not have to decide on whether to vote for him again... it would be a tough decision at this point.

    Our own worst enemy too.

There is only so far a man can go pretending they dont see what they see.
    But that is men.
There is a point where a man wont let himself be grabbed by the pussy anymore.
And some of are reaching that point.

Felines/Women... it is hard and its almost that they cant be saved once they fall into idolatry.
When men have women like emotional control (on either side of the spectrum) they will fall to man made idols as well.
Like the battered wife who sticks by her man because shes a strong christian woman who isnt a quitter and cannot be a loser so she must make strong defense of her lying cheating husband when others try to tell her that hes not good for her.
    But she is a feline/beast.
For her to accept the truth would lead to spiritual death of that animist spirit.
And the fear of that is so large that they cant see the value in the renewal of your humanity that comes after.

The united states is the leader in fentanyl consumption.
The united states is the leader in fentanyl production.
Trump been feeding you loads of lies.
The faster people get past this conflict stage the better.

The 'greater good' is the greatest of all evils.
It allows people to feel self righteous for the evil they support.
Turning good into evil and evil into good is the only kind of sense that Trump will ever make.
Same with anyone of his fans until they fully repent.
And the road to hell is paved with this kind of stuff.

Common sense is only for the common people.
If this is confusing it is only par for the course.
The common peasant class are not in Babylon.

i think some are going too far and not separating his job and his clear deficiencies of personality
we all agree he didn't need to say what he said and it was beyond unfortunate
as a president he's done an admirable job and has many things he can count as success
remember the alternative was kamala and timmy or basically a toilet flush on civilization
look at Minnesota and CA and shake yourselves
the left is full of lunatic morons apparently intent on the destruction of humanity if it maintains their power
its totally frustrating to watch because he should be easily laying waste to the marxists on performance but can't help himself
just like the guy who told me he wished DT had been murdered he's not a good person period
and Vance doesn't possess those awful qualities so hopefully we get there
take a deep breath and imagine where a harris/walz winning ticket would have taken the country
they tried to install her after stealing an election and installing a dead puppet ffs
i think what he said is despicable but fuck the globalists and their evil agenda
besides personally i never thought DT was a "good guy" i'd like to share a beer with
he goes too far but ask the mitt romneys and john mccains how far being a good guy got them
the democrats have never played fair

Well, I don't wish him dead, that's for sure. And the alternatives to him were shameful and a national embarrassment. Just like the one who preceded him for 4 years...I know he's done some solid stuff for the country, and I was very like Lastatman, dealing with his ego and petulance like my dad's generation dealt with Jack banging Marilyn and Ike shagging his driver in WWII.
But presently, I just can't do it. He disgusts me.
Hopefully it will fade. I don't want to feel this way about the potus, but after the dotard and DT 's sophmoric responses, it casts a shadow on all of us.
There's a long time with him to go...but there's nothing to be proud of there.
Horrible shit happens every day...but I don't look to him as a healer, just incapable of not using any situation , no matter what it is, as an opportunity to underline his ego.

I don't know if he actually mocked the handicapped reporter. I remember that being argued. All I can say is the RR post was inexcusable and it is tough to have grace when no apology is coming.
All I can do is pray for the guy.

I agree with Mike that DT has done pretty good at his actual job but I can't help wanting him to show more compassion to his enemies.

Health reasons maybe but I couldn't get behind a bogus impeachment and if he did something that's actually impeachable it wouldn't be good for the country.

Best case scenario is he continues running the executive branch of the federal government as he has been for 3 more years and hope someone convinces him to behave better publicly.

He does have an empathetic, magnanimous, funny, and charming side to him that I do think is sincere. He just has no self control with the other side of him. Especially when it's his "enemies".

Ultimately, God needs to get ahold of his heart but the political side of just having self control seems so simple!

a 19th century writer named Robert Smith Surtees said " The man who is always talking about being a gentleman never is one"
i think it applies to a whole lot of people including DJT and RR
megalomania is never fun to be around and someone has to use decorum for the sake of the rest of us
or just say nothing at all as others have pointed out

I actually saw his spastic imitation, accompanied with guttural "My Left Foot" sounds, so I have to believe he did it. Unless of course it was AI, or doctored or whatever the fuck they're doing now to what you see and hear. But I've seen it many times.
Tomorrow, I am 80 years old...and I constantly wonder where this country is headed when Rodney King makes more sense and has more wisdom in what he says than the potus...
Because Trump's message sure isn't a message of healing.
    Not what I remember, anyway...

    I didn't like Trump's tweet and that's a fact.

But another fact is the Dems want this nation destroyed from within....they are fucking Maoists & Trump knows how to strangle the life out of them.

So long as ICE keeps hurling these illegals out of this country & the poisons of S. American drug lords & Chinese fiscal support for same get less if their drugs to our people .... I don't give two fucks for ANYTHING Trump says. All I care about is what his team does to make this country safer for Americans.

This happened a few days ago ... soon enough, a Kardashian or a tranny (or both) will drop trou, shoot up a plaza, or do something pointless. That'll be all these mooks will talk about ... until the prez's next shit tweet.

    Happy Birthday!
Congratulations on making it this far with your wit intact.
You have a better working mind than most people in their 50s and 60s.
    Mind is a muscle.
But as we age we dont need it to be stronger and harder like iron.
We need it to be flexible like gold, or the very least clay.

People dont remember the truth they never believed or liked in the first place.
People remember the lies they wanted to believe when they heard them.
And by people i mean inflexible partisans.
They will push the hate until there is war.

I think the dispute at the time was that Trump had made identical gestures in the past to non-disabled people.
    Probably a reach.

Agreed. Just imagine being as successful as DJT and being liked by everyone most of your adult life. You decide to run for President and you win. Over the next 10 years of your life you are called every name in the book, impeached, fake Russian collusion, 2 attempts on your life… I can go on and on..

I don’t blame him one bit for being salty towards the people that are trying to ruin him and his family all the while he’s trying to do what’s best for America.

I do not agree with some of what he says, but I for one can not blame him for punching back and giving his enemies a taste of their own medicine.

And all these people complaining about the Reiner post are the same people that were happy that his home was invaded by the FBI under false pretenses. The same people that wished the bullet didn’t miss. Again, so much has happened to him and his family, spare me your outrage when he gives them a taste of their own medicine.

As an earlier post stated, being nice doesn’t work with the dems. Fuck them!!
