i either disagree or am misconstruing your point in my corporate experience, ownership usually tries to delegate leadership to management but mgmt rarely has any idea how to lead, and the directionless employees take the blame baseball is obviously quite different as the workers (players) make wayyyy more than their bosses (managers, coaches) the blame should fall on the manager, but when that so-called leader insulates himself by blaming the players when the team struggles and taking full credit when they succeed, he becomes near untouchable — especially when the lower IQ/lemming fans go full emperors new clothes and believe whatever shit he slings
