I've tried to give him a lot of leeway this year due to 2024. But. I. Just. Can't. Anymore. The guy is such a complete moron. Penalizes hot players by benching them and rewards futility with starts and in the prime spots of the lineup. So frustrating to watch the division slip through our fingertips.

The thread title bums me out because there is a 0% chance he ever gets fired sadly. All the complaints about him are valid/warranted but he wasn’t at risk of being fired before last season and he certainly isn’t after the WS victory. He was handed the best situation a manager could dream of when he took over the Dodgers and has underachieved countless times. The list of managers that could have racked up the wins Roberts has is endless but we are stuck with that buffoon for a long, long time no matter how many times he screws up the lineup or fails to hold anyone accountable for bad play/lack of hustle. All that matters to him is that he is liked by everyone.
