The good stuff starts at 1:20 You can easily tell the influence Albert had on SRV.

can't believe it took so long for the silly rrhof to induct him
most people wouldn't even recognize it as SRV but it remains one of my all time favorites
used to listen to him sitting w my girl while off the coast of CR
    magical times

So ... the phrase "double entendre" was an multiple choice option on a college board exam I gave my AP students last week. Several asked me to define that term and I had to be careful - I'm teaching co-ed now and I'm not the alumnus I was at Servite.... So ... what to do? I think I'll keep my distance from it and merely name a few songs that clearly employ it.

I imagine you filthy minded bastards know about a hundred songs that use it, but here's my top five ...

i forget where i saw it the first time but clearly out of a Latin country
maybe the Cure's greatest song its most definitely universal in how it makes people feel i think
this video really captures the spirit of the song and i've probably watched it a 100 times

original official video is pretty cool too
i really liked the band before the kiss me album came out but that was magic in 87 following the O'range concert followed by Disintegration
not sure i ever loved any music more than that period of the Cure
